About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Personally, this place deserves 10 plus stars across the board. They are consistent, clean, personable and for the most part accommodating. Heads up for yall first timers.....They get busy on weekends and during concert/sporting events so:Reserve in advance. upon entering get a drink at the bar ( cash only) take it to your table when you get there. . I highly recommend their pizza, the antipasto, ribs and bbq sausage. You will add this place to your favorite places.

I remember the place being a dive bar for punk hardcore shows. It has revamped and the menu is yummy down home greasy southern fare. The fries with bacon gravy is the best. Good beer menu. Upstairs they do shows and downstairs is the sit down restaurant.

Keep my children and for that matter others peoples underage children OUT of your establishment. This week was the third time I had to retrieve my intoxicated 19 year old son and his friend from that disgusting neighborhood eyesore. And just like the other times I reminded the bartender (who looked like she was still in high school) that no matter what ID he shows you he is only 19 but instead of an apology I get looked at like I have five heads and they are all speaking different languages. If the dumb bartenders can't keep teenagers from coming in then maybe they need to hire a doorman. Or better maybe a call to the mayors office and complaint with the LCB will get them to listen.

McMenamin's Tavern

Great food at really good pric...

Great food at really good prices! The first time I went to Mc Manamin's Tavern was when I was working across the street at a gallery that was freezing in the winter. This was before Germantown Avenue was chic like it is now! I had the chili there, and I swear it was the best chili I had ever had! SInce then, I've been there so many times because the food is always on point. The fries are delicious, when they have fish, it's fresh and not at all prepared like a bar. It's just a nice, neighborhood place that you could take a date (if you were so inclined), or go to with your peeps and watch a game!
