what a complete mess it was working with this outfit in trying to secure a last minute renewal passport for my wife. The 2 employees we dealt with were so unprofessional & complete jerks (Matthew #506 & Adam #106). Both individuals did not live up to what they told us on the phone & ONLY wanted to charge us more. I would fire both employees on the spot if I ran that company. Don't use this outfit if you're trying to expedite a passport. Absolutely terrible customer service!!

Don't do business with these people cause they will lie in your face just to get you open up a line to get commission. They will offer you thing that the carrier don't even exist, change your old number without asking and take you keep your old SIM card that you paid for without asking. Probably just to sell it to another customer. They charge $5 more for a new SIM card compare to the other store. I learn my lesson and will not go back. Next time I will do my research first and question it if things sounds too good to be true. Warn others!!!
