At first, I don't want to be a member of this center but after they showed me their programs and equipment, I am well impressed.

This shelter is awful. Adopted 2 9 week old kittens a few weeks ago. Took them to my vet the 1st week I adopted them just to be checked. My vet diagnosed a stage 1 heart murmur during 1st appointment which has escalated to stage 2 in the past 2 weeks. Spoke w/the veterinarian whom I called to discuss them not disclosing this to me prior to adoption. She said she didn't know about it because they don't do medical exams on their animals even before going under anesthesia for spay/neuter surgery. That they don't even use a stethoscope prior to surgery is negligent bordering on malpractice. I've spoken w/The Executive Director & Director of Operations. & they took no responsibility for their sub par care. Additionally both kittens have upper respiratory infections & the girl also has herpes & ringworm. We've been to my vet 4 times plus multiple calls within 3 weeks. Stay away from this shelter. It's a disgusting chop shop which has turned what is supposed to be a joyous experience into an ongoing nightmare.

Wi-Fi always turned off after 9:00pm ..they trying to save money on data The guys who have the key to reset the Wi-Fi says he forgot the key .Or other employees say they weren't trained to reset the Wi-Fi ..

I enjoy working out here no one bothers u I love keeping in shape.. Gives me energy I go 2xs a day.. Best place to be

The equipment was always malfunctioning. The sauna was broken more often than not. It has 2 rocks in it. But when I tried to tried to freeze my account for a few months they wanted to charge me $10 a month. I had to cancel my membership in writing and MAIL it in. They still charged me for two months after canceling. The people that work their said they hate the company that does the finances for Club Metro because they do not treat people honorably.

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!! If you really want to go to the gym don't go to this place. They are all liers the place is dirty. When I signed I made very clear to them that I had a job with a difficult schedule that I could not go as often and that I might cancel they promised me I could stop at any time and bla bla I haven't used the gym for over a month and now they are freaking charging me a fee of $15.00 for maintenance which I dont use. They cant help you over the phone or even in person they all give different directions, "oh call this number, or oh go to this website.....horrible experience. Do not recommend! By the way I am unemployed and they are freaking charging me a fee for something I didnt even use!!!!!! Be careful they will eat your money!!!!!!!

First PF I belonged to when it opened up. Hot water rarely worked because they would turn it off. Gym in tiny and membership is huge. Constant membership drives and no place to put people, expand or workout! Jail yard workout mentality by most members. Hold down a position for hours with groups of laughing, story telling gangs but very little working out being done. Dirty because of extreme high volume despite largest staff I've seen at any other PF. Manager frequently on site but problems are beyond his ability. Collecting the money isn't though. Not a good place at all.

Always enjoy going to the Plaza Heath Club.It is private and unique right in my neighborhood.It is peaceful and very clam there. I feel comfortable and at home when I come to the Plaza Health Club. Peace and Love:

This is by far the nicest gym in Philadelphia! It IS truly a "Resort Fitness Club" Staff is great, friendly, and knowledgable! They have a live DJ spinning great music too.
