I waited an hour to be seen, and then after I went into the room they did a strep test and said it would take 5 minutes to get the results but it took 50 minutes for the doctor to come in. He then did breathing tests and said “it may be strep, maybe mono but we’ll see” and then left for 20 more minutes. He came back in to tell me that it was not strep but proceeded to tell me at least 4 different things that it “could be” but no definite and just said to eat cough drops. He was so weird about the whole situation. What a waste of time and money.

Beautiful place Beautiful people
The facility was clean & vibrant. However, I was extremely disappointed with the professionalism and expertise from the receptionist, staff and medical assistants. I will NOT be returning! I’ve been to the Vybe downtown Center City on Chestnut St and highly recommend that facility instead.

Did not use Minute Clinic so cannot give a review. But this review is for EPIC CLINIC which I did visit. Clinic was at Rhawn & Frankford Avenue. Saw a Dr. Dees because my REGULAR DOCTORcouldn't see me..booked up and I was pissed. First time going to this type..very nice, took care of me and soothed my nerves thinking I might have a blood clot...which my own doctor should have done. If necessary I'd use their services again,,,thanks Epic
No professionalism all the care about is the copay and billing information they won't register you until they get all ur billing information allowing others that arrive after you get ahead of you if u don't hurry up regardless if you or your child need attention while getting the billing information together
The GI department was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I called in December 2015 to schedule a month and a half long wait for appointment Jan 29, 2016 only to receive a letter in the mail cancelling my appt. I called and was given no explanation for the cancellation and rescheduled a 2 month wait until March 30, 2016. While having tremendous medical issues related to GI it is taking 4 months to be seen by a doctor. I'll take my business somewhere else for better results
He is a terrible Doctor who is to old to be seeing patients! Dr Parrish misdiagnosed skin cancer on my husbands ear and face that I pointed out to him as being suspicious. Please do not go to him.
I saw Dr. Jennifer today. She is not all warm and fuzzy but who cares? She is not rude or mean, just very down to business. That is her personality. Give the lady a break. Check out her educationally background, that is what matters. Her background is very impressive. I did not go to see her for a social visit. I had very little wait, much less than I expected. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. I did not know what to expect and I was impressed.
I had to take my 92 yr old mother to Temple for a test in the Radiology dept. Her family doctor once again didn't get her referrals right. We weren't going to be able to get the test done without them. Thanks to Donna Bcssler we got the referrals & the test done. Donna was so sweet & called the doctors office, had to walk the nurse through the process 3 times. I can't say enough how much she helped us, I wish I remembered her coworker who also helped. They were so sweet about it too. Usually you get pushed around or told forget it but they did everything to make sure mom got her test that day. They made a bad situation turn into a good one. Many many thanks to you Donna !! Radiology B
