OMG!!! What to say!? Let’s start with the fact that I’m up on a Saturday morning listening to the sound of my bedroom ceiling melting away!!! Yup that’s right, I️ have been here 2years and the WORST management and maintenance on property I’ve ever seen. The review about down hill services was very true. I still have a unfinished bathroom from leaks now water is leaking through what they already started. My kitchen floor let’s just say the person under me is over it too. I spilled my pitcher of tea on the floor trying to get my two year old and the flooring and stuff is so bad just that small amount of liquid went through the floor. My closet door fell on my son. Myedicine cabinet falls apart because it’s from the 50s! They caulk everything in the bathroom and throw paint on everything else. The bathroom sink is stopped up every 5 days. Remains that way like everything else. Let’s not mention the hardest part about getting out of here the RENT keeps increasing and they have horrible ADMINISTRATION so they dont process checks or money orders right. They decided to have online payment just recently for a price of an additional $60. Oh and NEVER get locked out that’s an additional $30 in cash. Praying that the emergency number works. Like i said I am writing this because I’m pissed my bedroom celing will be on the floor shortly. THE APPLIANCES, forgot to add, are older than anyone born 1970. They aren’t compliant with the law. They never turn the heat on EVER. I have had my 2yr old here since he was born. Eli, let’s just say he is a fraud! “Management” whom ever they are, frauds as well. The two definitely don’t communicate and I’m sure everyone here is just as angered as my family!
Dan Gucci installed a rubber roof on my twin house.After contacting other roofing companys, I decided to go with Dan Gucci Roofing.I made my decision based on the information I received from Dan.Dan eased my concerns with my past experiences with roofers, went over theproject step by step, and basically assured me on their work ethics. and the product theystand by. The day before the job started Dan call me to let me know the time that his workers would arrive at my house. They arrived at the time stated by Dan, and they went to work without skipping a beat.The roof was installed in one day. His workers clean up nail,roofing material. etc. before they left. Joe one of the roofers showed me photos of the completed roof. I’m truly happy with my new roof, and would definitely recommend them. Great Workers, Great Quality and Trustworthy. So far, everything was great. Lovely area, lovely staff. Lovely apartment. I have nothing bad to say about my stay here. Everything went really good and I can’t help but be thankful for many things. If you want a nice place to stay, wherein you can relax and have fun, this is definitely the place I can recommend. It is clean, organized and the people, you can tell that they are always willing to lend a hand to you.

I like the location. For me, the atmosphere of the location is perfect for people who just want to relax and have fun. Everything is also clean and you can see a lot of greens when you look outside. The neighborhood is also fine. There are no noises at night so you can relax and concentrate. I love to return here with the whole family if there's a chance. If you are planning to stay here, all I can say is think no more. You surely will not get disappointed.
Greg and his guys did an excellent job, I was really pleased with the expert craftsmanship, which can be hard to find these days and especially considering the problems that my 90 year old house with its 4 prior rooves presented, these guys are pros, in, out and clean with the quickness. You get what you pay for, and sometime even more, when you hire the right people. I had previously seen their work, and heard good things about them, from reliable neighbors. Workers are nice and very helpful, the owner was just so unprofessional that he yells at my husband for coming in to the shop last minute to buy a carpet. WoW ! Really!!! Never coming back to this place......
I've followed these ladies from a previous shop to the shop they have now. The reason being is they are very kind and honest and they listen to what your needs and issues are and they work with you. The also make sure you are happy with the service. The products that are used are also sold there as well so the in between maintenance of your style is easy. The shop is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is perfect. Great music and wine and conversations!!
This review is more so for one of Porscha's colleagues (MadebyMason/Amber) but I'd like to think that the ppl who run businesses has a set platform of professionalism bc again everyone there is a representation of the business. I'm going to TRY to keep this uneventful narrative very short and to the point� I got the install we've all seen with the frontal pushed slightly to the back but off to the side w/ 4 bundles for my liking of fullness. I asked Mason if I could come in for a consultation bc I was a little confused as to how my bundles were going to blend good w/ her frontal and how the whole process goes period that seemed to annoy her due to the text and her body language and tone once I got there. I came in and her first words were "so what you want to know" I pulled out my bundles and asked if I could see her frontal and I sat my own self down. I'm 9 Months pregnant throughout this whole event and getting ready for my baby shower. She stands over me the whole time while we chat and she tells me I gotta calm down towards our ending as if I was too concerned and in panic. I don't know you, you don't know me we ain't gfs so that rubbed off the wrong way so I said I'm paying you my hard earned money and she says your right. I left feeling half and half about if I should go to the previous place I had a great consult at and forget about my $50 deposit w/ Mason.. but the pics/vids on IG sold me. I come back during my long appmnt day things are okay slight convo, pricing became different bc during the so called consult she didn't add in the charge for the 4th bundle that I told her for sure I wanted but again her head wasn't there. I looked in the mirror and everything seemed cool. I used the restroom and left. I get home to sleep my pain away from the tightness of hair and the band. (Us ladies know the feeling) Woke up the next morning (Saturday) to learn that my scalp was orange and there wasn't much baby hair like I've saw in the pics on IG
