        Could not disagree more with the below review and had to post my own review (which I normally do not do) I have only been with the bank about a year and I am always greeted by name and with a smile.

        Declining Service and rude employees

        I;ve had my accts at USB for several years. Over the years I've noticed a declining attitude at several of their branches where I frequent. The staff seems disgruntled and is in no rush to greet me or help me. In fact often I walk in to the middle of a conversation between tellers, managers etc airing their dirty laundry about their personal problems or work related complaints and have to glare at someone until they decide it;s time to help me. I used to feel confident doing my business there but with so many new banks both here in the city and in the burbs, it may be time to go somewhere where they actually value me as a customer.

        Great Rate and personal service

        Just refinanced my home with United and could not be happier with the way the process was handled. Great to deal with a community bank and not be shuffled around by one of the big banks. Would highly reccomend this bank!

        A true community bank

        I switched my account from Bank of America after they announced the $5 month fee for using my debit card. I was referred to United by a family member who had been banking there for years. I am happy with the products they offer and their attention to details. they may not have the flash of a big bank but they offer great service and great products

        In the process of getting far far away

        In the process of getting far far away from United Savings Bank these people are some of the rudest and most incompetent people on earth. They have huge attitudes at all levels of the organization. They talk down to customers (basically referring to your business as a peon) and couldn't care less about your business - it's like dealing with a loan shark. Extremely unprofessional.
