I've used Star Bright on several occasions and found the company representatives to be professional and provide quality service. I've used Star Bright to clean before and after parties at my home and would highly recommend using them. Thank you.

They was on time,professional, and the floor tecg new a lot. He gave me pointers on every day floor care which helps me maintain me house much better.

They never showed up!
I got the Groupon and I received the appointment confirmation from Shy on 1/21 for 2/6 at 1:30pm (over 2 weeks in advance). They double booked me it was reschedule to 8am.
It's Saturday (2/6) and I called her at 8:15am because no one had arrived yet. She said she didn't know what happened and someone else would be there in the afternoon. She never called me back confirming or cancelling the appointment, I called her multiple times during the day and she ignored all of my calls.
I understand mistakes happen, but the least she could have done was to answer my phone call or send an email letting me know they were not coming.
By the way, my boyfriend called from his cell phone number and didn't leave a message. She called him back and left a message offering the cleaning service so she was obviously ignoring me.
No one should be treated this way. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I attempted to use this company on two , yes two separate occasions and was disappointed both times. I was using a groupon and was told via email that they were booked up for two months. I gave them 12 different dates after the 2 months and still no appointment was available.

Finally after giving this company a total of 24 different dates we finally agreed on August 3rd, 2017 at 9:00 am. this appointment was made approximately two months in advance.

On July 24, 2017 this company sent an email stating due to scheduling conflicts the time of my cleaning has been changed. Do they believe they are so high and mighty that customers don't have lives and they just sit around waiting on them. NEWS FLASH STAR BRITE, we have lives and time schedules also. this appointment was made well in advance so what scheduling conflicts...CRAMMING IN other customers to make money. SCAM ARTIST, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL AND INCONSIDERATION ARE WORDS I NOW ASSOCIATE WITH THIS COMPANY. I cancelled my appointment and my mothers. I strongly urge any and everyone I hear mention this company to search elsewhere. I had an event planned and had to struggle to find a cleaner in time. Thumbs way down on this company.

I’ve been a client of Star Bright Cleaning Service for the past two years. I can’t recommend these folks more highly. They are dependable, professional, and always go the extra mile to do something extra special each cleaning. With two kids who crawled and put everything in mouth, I always wanted non-toxic cleaning. I got much more. 5 stars.
