I live in Philadelphia and I'm sick and tired after 63 years in my City of Otherly 'Love' and the racism that still abounds here and that which happened last night in your place of tolerated race hate and Federal Hate Crimes @ The Shops At Liberty Place 1625 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia,(215) 568-6081

I have filed a PPD report and expect NOTHING from the Philadelphia Police, as the PPD cares nothing about a human being unless and until the body is already dead.

But I do hold your company and it's employees to be legally responsible for their actions and lack of actions in the face of a hate crime that was perpetrated against me and was supported and tolerated in your "establishment" and supported and tolerated by your employees!!!

Just ask Lou, the bartender who refused to do anything about a hate crime perpetrated in his workplace, even as I asked him to call 911! and then DARED to follow me outside to try to tell me to to SHUT THE F*CK UP!

Little Lou, YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP AN FIND ANOTHER JOB WHERE YOU DON'T NEED TO DEAL WITH THE PUBIC, as you have no f*ucking clue as to what 'public' means, little boy!

I was beaten outside of your so-called 'legal' establishment by a racist in your "establishment", shortly after I called 911 @ 11:30 PM, August 4, 2017.

I have videos, still photos of all of it, and a PPD report #.

So I made the call myself and have audio and video proof of all of it, which I WILL disclose to all media outlets if need be!

Make DAMN SURE that the house's video's don’t disappear!

Otherwise, I will hold your company and it's employees responsible as accessories to a Federal Felony Hate Crime!

Get it now, little Louie and the flaming redhead who also tried to shut me up in the face of a hate crime?

Did you two idiots really think that I would let you get away with protecting a criminal racist piece of sh*t?!

In exact terms, I have all of the legal evidence I need to hold your so-called "company" responsible in any Court of Law in the land!

And I will make all of it PUBLIC in way that you will be legally unable to do anything to stop the viral noise about Ruby Tuesday’s and its Corporate supported racism!

You have only until Tuesday, 8/ 8, 2017, 5 PM, ET to respond to me before my attorney goes to work on this case of a race hate crime that your establishment doesn't mind "tolerating", just for the sake of "business as usual."

All of the witnesses have been photoed and videoed, and all done legally!

So deal with it!!!

Restaurant far from busy. Requested a booth and was offered a bar area seat. Asked for a booth again and was told they needed to spread the customers on behalf of the servers. Doesn't say much for customer service. How about spreading the servers on behalf of the customers!

Editorial review from Citysearch

I'm giving this place a poor rating because they started charging $1 for dressing on the side in a very very very small container. There's no charge for dressing on the salad. I can understand maybe $.50 extra if any at all.
I refuse to go to this place again. Also, the pita and hummus is the worst I ever had in the city. The bread is dry, thin, and cold and the hummus has no flavor and runny.

bad food, bad service

I went to this restaurant with my family. Dinner came with salad which was served on a hot place, wilting the cold salad. My daughter's ice cream with chocolate cake was also served on a warm plate, melting the ice cream. My entree was the only thing that was not warm. The menu selections were minimal, i.e., the only pasta selection was lobster ravioli. The food was extremely salty. Our waitress spent a ridiculously long time catering to the next table and therefore got a bad tip for essentially ignoring us. Would not recommend and would not go back.

Filling Food

I was seated promptly and everyone was very friendly. The waitresses did a good job in ensuring that we had a great time and that everything was fine. The food was very fulfilling that I even had trouble finishing my plate of food. It isn't a very romantic place but it's a great place to go eat with a big group of people.
