Love Rolling Thunder specially their new items on their menu garlic parmesan wings outstanding I want to thank the staff for welcoming me in their building

Disregard for safety

My 6 year old daughter ended up with multiple fractures on her wrist because of the uncaring staff at Rolling Thunder.

All you see as part of their staff is cheaply paid teenager workers that have no idea as to how to behave on an emergency situation.

Not only that, older kids, teenagers, are allowed to run around like crazed animals with no regard for smaller children. No one is there to tell these older kids to cool it down.

I would not recommend taking kids to this place. My daughter ended up in the hospital with a full arm cast and when the accident happened this people didn't even offered ice to help her with the pain.

There were no apologies, no show of concern, NOTHING!!

I think wow is a great place for teens to go out and have fun. But on latenight it is constantly to crowded. I can understand them wanting more people inside for more profit, but you also should not want it to be uncomfortable for the insie guests!!
