Very Very Worst Place to Buy a Car
I am completely frustrated after bought the odyssey. They missed to give the receipt for my warrant, I tried one week to speak with Finance manager about my receipt, they not even responded.
I have not yet get it after a month. They are very kind when the time of buying the vehicle after that we cant expect anything from them.
They didn’t install the floor mat correctly and improperly close the hood. It is very headache to do a business with them.
My best suggestion is : STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF DEALERSHIP, SINCE WE EXPECT GOOD SERVICE AFTER PURCAHSE OF CAR.
I am so satisfied with buying my car at Piazza, especially from Mr. Gene Janvier. My car is very beautiful and it was a good price. In particular, I would like to emphasize that Mr. Janvier is very helpful and kind. I am so happy to get my car and join the Piazza Honda of Philadelphia family.
The sales manager, Mario was and has been a fantastic manager to do business with. He has been there for as long as I have been leasing my cars over 20 years. From start to finish, the staff, the waiting time, the work that was done, the cleanliness and everything was excellent. I've been dealing with them for years. They have always given me great service every time I go.

Every single experience, from regular maintenance to state inspections to full body repair, has been nothing short of exceptional. I truly appreciate the staff at Piazza. They are pleasant, respectful, helpful and genuine. Having work done on your car is never a fun experience, but for the first time ever, I don't dread coming to a car repair shop or waiting around for the work to be completed. The customer waiting room is comfortable and clean. I also appreciate the wireless internet where I can get work done while I wait!

I became friends with Tony Yeung, my salesperson. This is the second vehicle I purchased from him and he is very good to work with. There are no games with him. The first experience at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia was very good and my recent experience was even better - the best ever in purchasing a vehicle. The dealer is great to work with.
