I went in for my yearly check up and when I questioned the co pay (my insurance told me initially I didn't have one) Henry, the owner totally lost it. Yelling at me and and getting even angrier when I insisted on double checking with my insurance company. Even while I was on the phone with my insurance company he continued yelling at me so I couldn't hear what the representative was saying. Horrible experience, I will never go back.

FAKE DESIGNERS SOLD HERE!!! Do NOT buy glasses here. Not only will Henry offer unwelcomed suggestions about your face shape, subtley insulting you in order to sell you the overpriced glasses ""that better suit you"", but he will not stand by his word!
The front part of my glasses that were soddered broke, and Henry refused to fix them for less than $100. He said that it was my fault for breaking them, despite that it was not even a hinged joint that was broken, but a fixed joint---that was supposed to be soddered--and should never break! The glasses were supposedly Burberry---I strongly suspect that he sells fakes. (the purchase does not come with any Burberry tags or paperwork, just a Burberry-like case.) He also has so many excuses for why the glasses could break (yet refusing to cover them) that it brings upon more suspicion! DON'T buy from here! I strongly recommend For Eyes---they fixed glasses for free, no questions asked!
