Absolutely love my whole experience with Mayfair fence. We knew we would be spending a nice amount of money and it was a pleasure to support this business. They brought up options I didn't even think of like a dog run to keep the rest of my yard clean. The entire staff from the sale, to scheduling and the hard workers was extremely professional and very helpful. I couldn't be any happier with how the fence came out or the service we received. Highly recommend Mayfair Fence.

I contacted this company for a small job of replacing a fence. They asked me to send a picture, which I did and then they never replied with either an estimate or that the job was too small. Very disappointed since I try to use local contractors. If you don't want the job just reply as such.

Anyone who writes a bad comment about this company has to be that person who is never happy!I am absolutely ecstatic with Mayfair Fence.The Salesman Kurt was such a nice and helpful man.He doesn't try to push u or make u feel uncomfortable by any means.The installers were funny, kind, and also very helpful.I stayed home from work to oversee the job and they walked me through every little detail to make sure I understood and was happy! I bought them lunch because I could tell how HARD they work and I even gave them a tip when the fence was complete.The girl in the office was such a sweetheart.She called me to see if I was happy and content before she charged my card that she already had in the computer from my deposit!ANY other company would have just charged the card after the job was complete without even asking.I talked to the girl for about 10 minutes. expressing my gratitude.This company has such a great family like feel with awesome customer service.I now have a beautiful white PVC fence that makes my home feel complete!I will recommend Mayfair Fence to all of my friends and family!

This company does some of the worst work I've ever seen. They are shady, from the lowest man on the totem pole all the way up to the owner. They do not stand by their work, the work they do is substandard, it looks horrible after they're done, and good luck trying to get them to fix anything they've done wrong. They give you a run around and make false promises that they never keep. The post were set crooked and not as deep as they should have been, it looks like they used as little concrete as possible, just enough to hold the post up long enough for the check to clear, they have an attitude with you if & when you're lucky enough to get them on the phone once the job is completed. I would give this company a ZERO star rating, but this website says I have to give it at least 1 star, that's the only reason it's getting a star. It deserves a black hole more than a star, because this company should disappear, the same way they did when the check cleared. I have learned a lesson the hard way. I'll never use or recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Work done on the fence was spot on. Instillation was done right and even though I had a slope to deal with, the installer did it correctly. Boss came out to the site to check that everything was done correctly. There were no hidden surprises and I am going to use them again. Oh. I forgot to mention their prices were excellent and so was Kurt their salesman.

The salesman Kurt was a very good salesman. By the time the contract was signed I thought I was going to get the most beautiful fence.

The workers are not good. The owner makes promises he doesnt keep.

They dont know how to do slats. They dont sink the poles. They dont cover over concrete where they took out old poles. The gate isnt lined up so the latch is gouging out the pole.

The owner has been promising for a month that it will all be fixed. The original guys came out and said they dont know how to do those slats but they are ugly anyway and why would I want them. They didnt know how to fix the bad work they did. Then another guy came out and said it was terrible work and would come back monday to fix it .. he never showed up. When I called again, the owner said that 2nd guy wasnt suppose to come out but the office would call the next day to set up a time for repair.. That was 3 days ago.

I dont believe Mayfair Fence plans to repair any of the terrible work they did.

I will never use this company again.

I will give them 1 star for the Salesman Kurt. I totally trusted & believed him. Needless to say Kurt hasnt been seen regarding the repairs. His job was done when we signed the contract.

Stear clear of Mayfair fence

I am so impressed with this company’s degree of customer concern and commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. I’ve had much work done on my home in the past couple of years to give it a complete makeover so I have dealt with many contractors and it wasn’t pleasant. This company is different and I cannot say enough about Mayfair Fence Company, the service that was extended to me from the owner, to the estimator, down to the installers. Each level of personnel I dealt with was not only knowledgeable in their field but demonstrated a high degree of customer service; this is a very reputable and reasonably priced outfit in my opinion. Lastly, my installers were Patrick and Dave who worked so very hard and should be commended on the installation because it looks like a work of art. My yard is not the most level, but the fence looks absolutely beautiful, even my neighbors were complimenting the job. Thank you for a job well done and making my experience with your company a very smooth and simple process. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family, in fact I already have.
