Just a quick note...this company is in no way affiliated with Liberty Financial Associates, also in Philadelphia at 620 N Front St. Liberty Financial Consultants is a completely different company. Liberty Financial Associates is a licensed mortgage broker with an impeccable customer service record and A+ rating with the BBB.

This business is not very trust worthy the person that I contacted told me that he could get my loan modified if not I would get a refund and that I could cancel the loan modification. Well my mortgage lender called me 2 mos. ago and said that they would not work with Liberty Financial I sent Liberty Financial $1500.00 6 mo. ago and have not been able to talk to anyone since .I have canceled my loan modification and have not heard from anyone or recieved a refund. I have tried to call and talk to my contact person and all I get is their answering service I leave a message and no one returns my call.
