In Center City ; Horizon House outreach workers are on the streets ; Monday-Friday (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) and Sunday-Thursday (11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.); and in West Philadelphia ; Monday-Friday (2:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.)
