Primera vez que uso este servicio. La muchacha que cojio mi reservasion en philadelphia no me oriento de que tenia que reservar el viaje a connecticut solo me dijo el costo de cada viaje. Quize usarlo porque es un servicio de puerta a puerta Pero para empezar le dire que ha sido una pesadilla. Ninguna persona debe de pasar por esto. Me recogieron a mi hogar como a las 9:30am el chofer recogido mas pasajeros y cuando guia hacia la 95 dirigiendose hacia NYC les dire que ibamos con el corazon en la boca. No se si se estaba durmiendo o iba despistado , la guagua se hechaba de un carrito a otro los pasajeros decian hay hay hay . una ves en NY /bronx 1pm perdi el viaje a connecticut. Son las 4:30pm y aun estoy esperando en la base como lo llaman para el viaje para CT. Primero me dijieron a las 3pm despues a las 3:30pm . pregunto de nuevo y me dicen que me llaman por mi nombre cuando él chofer llegue. A mi me recomendaron este servicio se que la experiencia son diferente para otros pero yo no lo recomiendo. No es justo esperar tantas horas para llegar a un lugar . ni una disculpa vale.
I have travel whit them before but this time they couldn't pick me up on time the phone girl said the driver left late n hes picking up some passengers now n she told me the same thing in my 4th call n then say that the driver was somewhere else far she keep saying im the last one hes goin to pick up msh i wait like 2 hours for him n when i call the 5v time she say hes far away picking up some people n i said men forget it just cancelled i am not CALLING THEM AGIEN they PLAY games whit u and they very unprofessional. They have to be Dominicans .
I call to see how much a trip from Philadelphia to Boston would cost they said 65$. I was going to make the reservations but decided to go w grey hound for 45$ and a taxi for 20$= 65$. On my way back i decided to go w this ppl. Ohhh man why i do that.. They charge me 65$ from Boston to New york plus 20$ for my backs. Then 25$ fron New York to Philadelphia & 5$ for my bags= 110$. Then when I said something to the driver he was rude didn't give an answer. No WIFI on the bus ir plugs to charge my phone. NEVER AGAIN NO STARS...GREY HOUND ALL THE WAY CHEAPER AND THE HAVE WIFI AND I CAN CHARGE MY PHONE....
Lo peor definitivamente no lo recomiendo. Le hice una reservacion a mi mama viniendo desde North Jersey hacia South Jersey para las 6 de la tarde, llame a Las oficicinas a averiguando y dicen que ya van por ella, que el trafico, dieron las 7:15 y nunca llegaron a recogerla en una calle que me habian dicho.
Yo solo digo que por algo pasan las cosas, gracias a Dios no fueron por ella y despues de leer todos estos comentarios me quede impresionada.

Mal servicio al cliente. Por lo menos pregunten si han viajado con ustedes antes. Ya el que ha viajado antes sabe que esperar. Dicen que te recojen a las 6 y te llaman a las 2am. Expliquen que tienen que estar listos 3 horas antes. Para que así las personas no asuman que media hora es suficiente. Esos choferes son unos perros.
well ,they did the same to me. They took me to NYC and charge extra because I was going to a different direction. When I got to NYC they put me in another taxi that charge me more to take me to my destination. I thought when I paid extra that will be the end of that. No, they keep charging more.
I booked a service from Philadelphia to JFK Airport which they told me would be $55 per person plus baggage $5 per........which i was okay with the picked me up @5:30 pm and took me to pick up other passengers @7:30 pm here comes another driver letting me know my fare was incorrect my fare should be $65 plus $10 per luggage because my luggage will be taking up seats. So my total fare for 2 persons from PA to JFK with 4 luggage & 2 carry on is $190.00 don't you think when they this is a rip off we left PA @8:16pm and my flight was 11 pm is this fair?????...Now to top it off they dropped us @ George Washington bridge to get into another vehicle and the driver is letting me know he is taking the local route because the company did not give him enough money for tolls for the express route.....so here we were stuck in traffic what the end of my vacation in which I also now missed my flight and had to pay $867.00 for 2 new tickets...DO YOU THINK THESE PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS........POOR POOR SERVICE
oh wait did i say that they put 2 suitcases on a seat 2 on the ground by the door and 2 under the backseat.....

I think that this has to do of us being Dominican thinking that we know it all,and being ignorant coming from a third world country trying to change the way of one of the best country to live and succeed in our live we try to bring it down the same way our country is....the customer is always right!!! even when they're wrong, if you know what I mean, we always compare USA with Dominican Republic and it shouldn't be that just for the simple fact that people that lives here(USA) has different standards that people over there(Dominican Rep.) there in dominican republic they can ride a bucket literary a bucket and they dont mind,they dont complaint if they do they tell them get out and get the next person in the contrary, here in the USA we speak our mind and if we not hapy we take our money some place else that we treat us with respect...so i hope that these word has help you in someway to judge them at the same time i might be right or wrong just an opinion.....

IF I COULD GIVE THIS TERRIBLE TRANSPORTATION 0 STARS I WOULD, THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE & THEY ARE RUDE AND IGNORANT. THEY DO NOT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH AND TREAT PEOPLE AS IF WE GOT FREE RIDES. PLEASE DO NOT RIDE THIS, GET THE CHINESE BUSES THEY ARE A LOT MORE PROFESSIONAL AND BETTER IN ALL ASPECTS. TERRIBLE MULTIPLE EXPERIENCES HERE.

when i call the office the dispatcher is very nasty. they hang up the phone in my ears, its like if you dont speak spanish or you are not from the latino background they dont want to deal with you. they smile up and treat the latinos different from others which is not fair because we are all paying our fares we are not getting free rides so we all should be treated the same. They need to be more professional and respectful. Its sad how they run their business if thats the case they should becareful casue it may not last long.

Bad bad bad transportation company they say door to door service I had to wait at Nwk airport for 3 and a half hours the charge was $45 and still did not arrive at my destination. I would not recomend my worst enemy to travel with this irresponsible transportation company. The Philadelphia office personel is rude and tends to lie about traffic and drivers.

GERARDO'S TRASPORTATION IS VERY RELIABLE,REASONABLE AND PUNCTUAL AND TAKES YOU FROM DOOR TO DOOR. I RECENTLY PLANNED A TRIP TO NY AND I USED GERARDO'S THEY CAME AND PICKED ME UP ON TIME IN PHILLY AND DROPPED ME OFF AT MY EXACT DESTINATION WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. GOTTA GO TO THE BATHROOM OR GET A SNACK NO PROBLEM THEY'LL LET YOU DO SO WHEN THEY STOP TO FILL UP THE TANK I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GERARDO'S TRASPORTATION AND FOR ONLY $25 YOU CANT BEAT IT YOU SAVE ALOT OF $$
