A team of professionals, quick services both getting and returning the car. This trip I didn't have time to top off the gas so I was a bit short, the person who was helping me w/ the return sense that I was in a rush to catch my flight, so he told me not to worry about the gas ! Now that's customer service.
Great experience. When I arrived there were several employees ready to help so the wait time was very short. The representative had no trouble finding my reservation. Right after that I was escorted out side to pick from the large selection of vechicals (I actually selected one vechiacal and change my mind to a different vechical with more trunk space) the representative was very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with this rental service.
Wow, our experience was first rate. Several passengers were on the Enterprise shuttle at the Phiily airport. I thought I would need to get aggressive to be the first off the shuttle to avoid a big line. When we got into the Enterprise building there were 6 smiling faces waiting for us, all Enterprise employees ready to help us with our reservation. They gave out bottles of water and we were offered soft pretzels. A very friendly and professional employee gave us great service and we were quickly on our way. He followed us to the car (in the cold) and asked if he could help with our luggage. He also gave us his card and told us to call him if we needed him for anything. I was extremely satisfied with this level of service and the car was great. As a result Enterprise is now at the top of the list for my next rental car needs. Thanks for raising the bar in quality of service!
Worst experience ever I rent all the time. The car I got 2016 corrals. Lost power charger 69 miles out in sleet - snow storm. I live in San Diego. God went out in turnpike. Had no idea where I was. Called office 10 times in one hour. They never answered or called back. I called emergency road service. They said find an enterprise. I said where is one near where I am. They didn't know. I drove 20 miles to first exit paid at a garage to see if a fuse no big problem but don't know what. That man looked up enterprise for me. Ian soaked from sleet and snow. The man led me
To the nearest enterprise. They gave me a chevy Cruz I had paid 30 dollars so I didn't need to fill up when returning. I had almost full tank. I got in turnpike
And saw 1/8 tank gas. Ran out before could get to gas station. Called AAA I was given my $30 back. Paid $418 for 5 days of use. Nothing not even apologize for 5 hours of my time and stress. They NEVER have the car they advertise as one in the class you choose. Don't help you if car breaks down. You can hitch hike to an enterprise - I should sue according to my attorney.
Enterprise Philadelphia was outstanding. From the shuttle bus driver, to the agents at the counter we could not have had a better experience. They have a very good selection of vehicles, and the staff had a smile on their faces from the beginning. We happened to leave an item in the car and before we could takeoff from Philadelphia they called and asked where they could return the item to. We always will rent from them.
Even though I chose the car rental company based on the lowest price for this Thanksgiving Day trip I was very pleased with everyone we interfaced with during the rental and turn in processes.
Our experience started out by me getting on the wrong rental car bus....but that other company's staff was wonderful and gave us a lift back to the Enterprise location.
Everyone we interfaced with was very helpful, professional and courteous. After being offered water and a walk-around inspection we were on our way.
Very positive experience all the way around - to include the driver of the bus back to the airport - he may be missing his calling as a stand-up comic!
I rented a 15 passenger van for a trip to Virginia. Nick was very helpful in choosing the right van for my needs. Even offered to remove one of the back row seats I that after leaving in't need. My only issue was the windows (driver) weren't clean, the radio only played on the left side, and the drivers side window wouldn't go up and down properly. Told the return attendant and he was like "meh"!
I use enterprise regularly for work for anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months at a time and for personal rentals on occasion as well. They're by far my favorite car rental service. I feel as though I especially need to give a shout out to the airport shuttle driver in Philadelphia, Ruth. She was extra helpful, kind, funny, and able to make a rough moment in time not so bad. She went above and beyond what I believe any shuttle driver should ever be expected to do. Enterprise is lucky to have her. -As a frequent customer at different enterprises all across the country, I'm certainly glad she's a part of their team!
Was greeted as soon as I entered the building and was asked if I wanted a water while waited. The agent was swift and ready to serve me. He offered me another water and even a pretzel while we stepped outside to get the car. Very professional, was prior US Army, everything went smooth.
I rent from this location all the time and this time it did not meet my expectations at all. "Mark" never really greeted us as agents have in past , did not offer is water , or help us with bags. He actually just stood there watching me struggling alone with a 3 year old , luggage and a car seat. He had me load everything in our car only to tell me he changed his mind we need to take a different one . He stood there while I unloaded again got my three year old and went to next car. That car smelled of vomit so I refused. On to the third car which we loaded in and took . Did not realize the gas was not full till I was down the road. When I returned the car the man said they would credit me a few bucks but I had to come inside which I could not do as I was needing to catch my flight. I won't be coming back to this location again thanks to mark.
The service was awesome from the time I picked it up and at return. The gentleman that help me gave me what I needed to help with my travel to Delaware. I highly recommend them. I was there Sept. 22 and returned Sept. 24.
This was the best service I've ever experienced. I've rented before but not with the fast and efficient Customer service. Thank you again staff.
