Dr. Cooper is board-certified in Neurological Surgery. He received his medical degree from the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He was previously a neurosurgeon at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and consultant to the Army Surgeon. He completed his internship and neurosurgery residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
