Edible Arrangements

I ordered a basket and had it sent to my girlfriend at work, the woman behind the counter was holding an infant child the entire time during my purchase making it unprofessional for yourself. She wasn't aware of any prices or promotions so she directed me to the Boucher while she attempted the child at the cash register. I thought twice about purchasing

Forget about it. This store SUCKS.

I tried send my girlfriend some chocolate covered fruit, with specific delivery instructions (including a phone #), since there isn't a secure place to leave a package in front of her apartment. They delivered it a day early, and left it around the corner from her building, without notifying anyone. The next day, she found that the box had been opened and all that was left were wrappers. Most likely, an animal got into it overnight and had a feist.

Why is it alright to leave something outdoors unattended, one day early, without notifying anyone?! No note, phone call or email. I called to let them know about the mistake, and they wouldn't offer me anything, no refund or credit.

Don't use this store, let alone this company if you expect good service.
