Its coaches feature card tables, snack trays, luggage bays, emergency cell phones, and reclining seats with headrests and footrests. David Tours & Travel also offers customized Broadway group tours. The company organizes crab, shrimp and lobster feasts every summer. It arranges large-sized group tours, as well as provides transportation to small-sized groups through its Share the Ride Program. I took this bus on a crab feast in July 2017 of this year. It was the best experience I had. The ease of getting my group to the Baltimore venue and the non hassle of driving and traffic was the best thing I ever did. The seafood feast was excellent and the service was good. I would of liked more time at the venue, but it was well worth the money spent. I highly recommend them.

I had a trip to David Tours & Travel Ultimate seafood Feast on July 22, 2017 It was Great! Driver was excellant bus was clean and driver very friendly. Food at the feast was yummy. I reccomend it to anyone who likes seafood!

I am very disappointed with my experience with David Thomas Transportation. I had rented a school bus to drive my wedding guests to and from the venue from the hotel. Issues were as follows: Bus driver did not leave on time for the first trip from the hotel and then he got lost on the drive to the venue causing our guests to be late. We ended up having to delay the start of our wedding by almost a half hour to wait for the bus and about half of our guests to arrive. This also caused us to miss half of our happy hour since the wedding started when the happy hour was supposed to begin. This was a little frustrating but not as bad as the second part. The following day I e mailed my contact at the company telling them what happened and to see if they can look into this and get back to me on why, as it caused us some issues the day of the wedding (having to wait to start and then losing time at the happy hour) When I returned from my honeymoon I was quite disturbed when I had not received an e mail back so I followed up again. Again no reply for another week (we are now at +15 days from my first email the day after the event) Finally I heard from the Director of Operations saying that my contact has been OOO (for 15 days must be nice) and they will Personally look into this for me. I have yet to hear anything back from ANYONE including the Director of Ops. This is very disappointing as I am at +80 days and 4 follow ups from my initial e mail and have yet to have any meaning full follow-up! Again disappointed with day of driver actions causing a half hour delay and missing half of cocktail hour and VERY disappointed with the administration end on their customer service post getting your money. I would NOT suggest using them! Especially if you just need them for a single trip as they are after your money and do not care about quality of service or customer satisfaction.



Bad Choice of Bus Service

I hired 3 buses for my group and before we were to return, one bus would not start. They illegally crammed all those people onto the other two buses. There was no communication from the drivers as to what had happened and how they were resolving the issue. I just saw people trying to get on the buses in order to get home. Even the sales rep stated that this was illegal on the bus drivers' part. The ride was very unsafe because the lead driver stopped a couple of times in the middle of the highway and intersection to wait for the other buses and he was reaching down on the floor for an object while driving. We did not make it to our destination on time because of lack of communication between the drivers and dispatch on accurate directions, best route and how to avoid traffic jams, which we encountered. I tried to resolve this issue by requesting a refund of half the bus charge since we were only able to use it one way. Their solution was to give me a $100 credit towards another trip. I do not plan to ever use this company again and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
