        Overall

        This place is never open. They give you an appt.tell you the ladys not there come back tomorrow. They dont help anyone. They steal it for themselves. This place needs to be reported to philabundance and the archdioses. Im pretty sure donators will love to know that people are still hungry and casa del carmen does not care. This place needs to be shut down asap
