Broad Street Collison

First off let me start by saying this place was JAMMED PACKED. I almost let the reviews steer me away but I figured there were only 7 reviews and by the looks of it they get A TON of business. I got my 15 E class repaired and those guys helped me out a lot. My insurance company initially did not honor my claim and the guys at the shop went to war to get my claim approved. They did take a little over a month to finish my vehicle, however they made sure i had a rental car and additional charges were covered. I can say these people stood by their words and took care of me.

So i was a little scared from seeing the reviews and also because my car was a lease but im glad that i still took the chance to give this black owned business a try cause my 2k16 bmw still looks brand new ! i will be returning for any of my mechanical needs.

My experience went very well here at broad street collision the boss has helped me out marvelously gave me a vehicle to get in because i didn't have rental coverage overall my experience was amazing and i cant relate to these other people.

Totally regret leaving my car at this place. They took forever with my repairs and did not fully complete the job. They never answer the phone or return your calls and they kept the part to my car!
