Outstanding local business. Extremely helpful with my smart phones, and kids' hand held devices.
IT Guru was able to tell me to use the power cable made by the manufacturer when I thought that the Universal cord was fine. Yet strangely, with the universal cord, my laptop wasn't holding power. It was very strange, and as IT Guru said, it was only by changing to a cable made by the Lenovo manufacturer.
Also, I called around and their prices are very competitive. It was also helpful that they were available by cellphone even outside of the normal hours. Good job.
The owner of the store is truely a great guyl..i went into his shop to get copies & Print of my resume printed not only did he helped improving my resume but he allowed me to use his own personal laptop to fix my resume .he was very courtes and answered all my questions i had for him i will most definitely going back to have him help me with my web page***please support****
i had a computer problem so i went on google and found a shop that could work on and have parts for my asus computer, not only did this shop have the part i needed but, they also showed me what i needed to do to help future problems.i can't end without telling you that i was also treated with the upmost courtesy.I intend to continue to do business at this shop.
Was kind, courteous, efficient and inexpensive. I was able to receive a thorough consultation on site; replacement part was ordered in my presence and the guess what? The agreed upon turnaround time was met with no shenanigans. I highly recommend for all computer needs. I will be using their services again and referring to friends and family
