        This guy is the flakiest person you will ever meet. He will come out and quote a great price and then any attempts to contact him will be fruitless. If you use a phone number he doesn't recognize he might answer and again say he is interested and will send paperwork and go dark again. Odd how he has four reviews over years and two of them are positive on the same day too. Suspicious
