to wait 2 weeks until install...I could deal with that. What I can not deal with is the rude "owner" Leo and his staff who jerked me around. I had quartz installed and I noticed a large sent on the side of my fridge. It WAS NOT there prior to installation...everything in my kitchen is brand new and was barely used. I notified ALB Granite and was asked to send photos. I was appalled to see the email I received after they read my email. I was told that the dent must have been there prior to installation. I called the owner, Leo who said he would "look into it" and get back to me. A week later...still waiting. My contractor vouched for me that the dent was not there prior to installation. These people are crooks and don't care about their customers. The installers were rude and double parked their huge truck on my street and were pissed when I asked them to park it. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Terrible experience. Save your money and dignity and go somewhere where you will receive quality customer service. Update* I was told that Leo would but me a new fridge and replace my old one if I took down the review. I called him to confirm and he said no he wasn't going to. He just plays games and has people write fake good reviews to make his crap company look better.
Great selection, excellent service, professional staff. I will go back for my next renovation project and highly recommend Imperial Marble & Granite Inc. for your renovation project.
Imperial is the best! So pleased with my granite, selection and the service that was provided. Would recommend them to everyone!
Excellent product and service. I renovated my entire doctors office. Imperial help to design and install a gorgeous reception desk and counter tops throughout my office. The granite is a show piece of my office and has made an amazing difference. Dr. B
Whoever answers their phones is horrible. I called asking for a quote and the woman refused and hung up on me. Granted it's Philadelphia, but that's still no reason to be awful and rude.
By doing business with ALB Granite for my second home project, can't be more happy! I always recommend them to all of my friends, and I know that they are very happy too.
I was very unhappy with my ALB counters. We started the work in September. We waited past October, November, December and January! We not only had to wait until the second week of February but we had to settle for mediocre! Even after two templates they messed up a seams on he counter! The customer is never number 1 at ALB. No one should have to wait with bare cabinets and no sink during the holidays and a busy school year. We have remodeled a few kitchens to know what the real deadline can be if you have effective suppliers. They gave us a run around, we felt like we were in a three stooges movie. We had better luck ordering what we wanted from Home Depot and Lowes, and that was for a good quality quartz. Shame on you ALB. you give small business suppliers a bad name.
We worked with the ALB granite location in Rio Grande NJ. Carolyn did a great job showing us some style of granite and quartz for our condo. Once we selected what we wanted the templating was scheduled around our schedule and the install team was excellent. We are thrilled with our choice of counter top and ALB. Their service was excellent.
I am really shocked that the customer above is so displeased with them because I am beyond happy with my entire experience at Imperial. The lady in the showroom that helped me was extremely helpful and really knew her stuff. She helped me pick out a color for the countertop that worked with everything else in the kitchen. Their price was the least expensive I received. The template guy was very nice and shared a lot of his knowledge as well. The installers were also very nice and did a gorgeous job. The countertop fit perfect! I had once small concern, and the office was very quick to address my concern. I would definitely recommend Imperial.
Love the stone, the guy that did the templet was great, the stone fits wonderfully. Staff at the show room was very nice and lucy seems very nice. Although, when the three young men installed the countertop they chipped the enamel paint in one small area to the front corner of my stove. The stove wasnt new and had one chip on a draw far away from their damage. I wanted to talke to Lucy about it, with my plan to have a guy fix there damage and i would have the other small chip fix at the same time sharing the cost of the repair. Lucy wouldn't even talk to me on the phone that day. The installers stated she would call me that monday that followed, no call was made to me. I called two more times, and left messages since she was no longer aval for any of my calls. So in other words i was now dirt in there eyes since they had my money. Its such a shame, since the stone is so nice and fits so well, to have the owner have such a lack of integrity will only bring it down in time. Will never use again esp since they dont care about damage they may cause in my home. By the way the repair was to only cost apox $45.00.
