Have tried enough nail salons, from Chinatown to the far N.E. Philadelphia, after a few months, my nails have a home. The best prices, care and professional service in town. The staff is very attentive to your likes. Discounts and water offered. Best of the best.
The worst "Nail Salon" ever! I'm so disgusted and will never return ever again. Unlicensed staff who don't know how to do nauls at all. This phase changes names frequently but it's the same people who run this Salon. I was tricked because the name changed I figured new people came in so I went in. Once I saw it was the same lady and her son and daughter I decided to give them another chance but after all this time they actually got worse. The main Nail Tech who's always there fingers are all cut up and all she did was complain about filing my nails down saying her hands hurt. How unprofessional. I don't even want to look at this place when I drive by I'm so disappointed and ready to go get these thick nails soaked off 5 minutes after getting them done from Kelly's nails which used to be beautiful nails. What a joke..
Come and check it out , our red lotus nail salon st 4610 cedar on the corner of 46th and baltimore ave.
This Nail Salon is very expensive! my fiance brought a 60.00 gift card for me.after getting my nails & feet done I had to pay a extra 6.00 alone with the gift card. I was there 3weeks ago and I paid only 55.00 for the same exact service for gel nails ,They also half do pedicures also.
Worst nail salon ever. Went there for the first time on a few days ago, they clearly care more about quantity than quality. Paid more money for gel polish and my polish is already chipping after 4 days. Shop is located on the corner, underneath a house. They offer piercings in addition to nails and waxing. I went there for a pedicure and refill. First off, the pedicure was $20 which isn't bad but during the pedicure, they didn't use new or recently sterilized instruments. They simply sprayed them as they went along. And they used dial hand soap to scrub your feet during the pedicure instead of an actual exfoliating scrub. It's an extra $15 for the exfoliating scrub which is standard at all other nail salons I've ever been too. The whole pedicure was over in about 10 minutes. And then they decided to start on someone else's pedicure before someone even started on my nails. I had to ask the owner why did they start on someone else before finishing with me and then he quickly drilled off my polish and then told me to wait for someone else. I have never received such bad service and poor quality of work. I could have done a better job myself. I will never go back there and not would I recommend this place to any of my friends.
the atmosphere is inviting...tranquil and beautiful. the staff is very professional and friendly. they truly make me feel beautiful.
The money they make got they head big the real dirty now I've been going to them since they opened and I watch everything treat people the way u wanna be treated they rude the equipment the use on us is outside the back door of the shop I grow my nails so it's an over lay I went in for a refill and I had mustard on or inside she said ell what's that I said mustard they started talking in their language I just wanted service she shaved my nail so thin that the next day all the way til the tenth day so all my nails short moral of the story is I pay for what I want for myself bosses wasn't their so I waited until they was there and address the situation and it was even worst this time I'm done I let the owners know your tech are rude and dirty and I won't be returning I wanna smell solution when I walk threw the salon door be blessed and becareful who you treat bad
The quality of service is horrible. It took 2 hours to get a refil because the nail tech kept breaking one of my nails. Then he left it crooked and argued me down that it wasn't until another nail tech came and fixed it for me. I got my eyebrows waxed which I already thin, but now it looks like I don't have any at all. This picture is of my nails just 10 minutes after leaving their shop. You can see how sloppy the paint work is. Never again
Healthy nails products, beautiful nails designs and nice workers. I and my Mom always come here, but here is very busy on the week-end. Sometimes I have to wait, but that is worthy.
Saturday 4/22/17 got full set of coffin glitter nails for my bday, pedicure& eyelashes. I noticed a sign that states there is a 1 day guarantee for eyelashes. Eyelashes=$22. A nail tech told me no water; I followed that completely. I woke up on Sunday with right eyelash partially gone/twisted. I had to do a lot of things-being around people, going to church so since they are closed Sundays I had to remove the eyelashes. I took photos of the eyelashes w/ date/time. I called Monday. The man chuckled about me having to remove, told me to come in. Mon/Tues I was at work and grad school. I returned Wed., spoke to the eyelash lady. She said I must pay$10 for supplies. I told her the sign said 1 day guarantee. She said she needs to remove the sign & "You people do this. I know the kind of work I do." I continued with her saying "I returned because you have a 1 day guarantee but are closed Sunday." She said she has no way of knowing when the lash came off. I mentioned my photos. She said she would redo the lashes once (didn't needpics).I waited patiently as she finished the nails of a client.I waited about 25 minutes, when 2young girls came in impatient, holding $. After about 5 min waiting they asked the eyelash lady about the wait. She said 5 minutes. I kept silent & just waited. About ten min later she finished the nails. She called the eyebrow client over. I said "Excuse me. Are you going to do my eyelashes?" in an agitated tone. She said something like yes but she is going to do the eyebrows first. I told her "But I've been waiting for a while" (It had been 35 min, and the young girls were waiting 10-15 min). She repeated that she would do eyebrows 1st, at which point I got up/walked out. I was already 30 min late for my class. And I already had intentions to give her a tip of $5-8 for redoing the eyelashes. VERY poor customer service. I will spend my $80 plus tip somewhere else. She had the nerve to tell me "I need to take the sign down." Won't be returning!
