The worst sandwich shop I ever went to. The employees move slower then molasses and they are very disrespectful. I called them to complain and they asked me "why do I still come there". the food is overpriced. They were trying to charge me $8 for a large turkey sandwich and that's the same amount a lb of turkey goes for in there. They charge extra for pickles which is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. When I told I will be talking to the better business bureau about my complaints the manager told me there is nothing that I can do about it. I won't be treated this way.
For sure, my favorite northern Italian restaurant in the city. The fresh seafood cart holds delicious gems from the sea - steamers, branzino done …
Great for anyone's taste buds.. Genos Steaks is an atomosphere of its own.. whether you're going traditional or crazier
Sad Went the store on Sept 1 ordered a sandwich. My food access card didn't work left came back had to check my pin.He swiped it put in my pin didn't work he swiped the second time it didn't work.Tried to explain to the guy that I had a stroke I don't remember sometimes. I went the store again Allah knows what was told. What I know that he didn't tell that he didn't listen to me. He just said what he wented. Now the Owner says they can't make a sandwich for me anymore. I say it's other Stores Their Lost. Keep my money in my pocket. Sad Because I really needed help that day due to my Stroke.
Best cheesesteaks in Philly.
The food is less than okay. Almost no beef in the beef broth. The Asian male staff is very unfriendly, with a bad attitude.
when you go to genus steak and order a cheese steak sandwich like you going to plz these assohole in side the store treated like chit
Geno's steaks are made of half gristle, half poop. At least, that's how they taste. There is nothing to recommend this filthy slime pit, save for the pretty lights which are only visible at night. Spend your cheesesteak money at Chinkk's, Pat's, Rick's, or Tony Luke's. Yeah, those places are dirty, too, but their food tastes infinitely better.
