Talk about issues...WHY does it take three separate deliveries to get the correct item???? When my mom got home from the hospital, she was given a feeding bag along with several cans of food. Apparently there are different types of bags which I wasn't aware of until I realized the bags that they sent us were different from the ONE bag that was given to us by the delivery guy. The bags they had sent us were obviously not designed for feeding, because of their markedly smaller tube size, which I didn't realize until I went to use it and my mom showed me. It took over 2 1/2 hours just to get through HALF the bag which should not have taken more than an hour. This 'error' became an ongoing nightmare because apparently the information that was entered in the database was not what was given to us at the warehouse and we were also told that we would get 'whatever was on hand at the warehouse at the time'. Long story short, after 3 deliveries and 2 weeks later, they FINALLY got the order right. I have never been so frustrated dealing with a company in my life. I would not be using them if they were not kind of 'dumped' in our laps and since they are local and have the equipment we need (when they eventually get it out to you), we are kinda stuck with them. I did call another company in CT, in a panic over the above issue and now have three bags of feeding tubes in the house. One correct one from Miller, one correct one from the other place which I don't need now, and one wrong one from Miller, still waiting to be returned (after about 2 weeks) because they still have no RA number. In a nutshell: DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM unless you have to. They suck. Their customer service is horrendous, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
