Never rent from this place its a rip off. The main location at broad and poplar is horrible. He cars are filthy dirty. Banged up. And most of all they take a 200.00 deposit which it not bad but after the 2 week period to get your deposit back they come up with an excuse not to give back. Awful. Save yourself the headache . beware !!!! Also they track your every move in the rental . also they have car trackers ...tracking your every move and full reports are printed of your whereabouts. Anything they can find on you to NOT give your deposit back
The guys here did a great job adjusting to my travel plans ( even gave me personal cell #'s so I could contact them when I arrived after they were clased!). Oh, yeah. Their rates are low...I'll be back.
A team of professionals, quick services both getting and returning the car. This trip I didn't have time to top off the gas so I was a bit short, the person who was helping me w/ the return sense that I was in a rush to catch my flight, so he told me not to worry about the gas ! Now that's customer service.
Enterprise overbilled me and won't respond to my complaints via email when I sent in the documentation (billed for fuel service option when I returned the car with a full tank of gas). Funny that Enterprise won't respond to overbilling me, but has reminded me 3 times to post a review...Iam not sure this is the kind of customer service and care I want from a rental company!
The airport shuttles run on a timely basis in Philadelphia, and the driver on my trip was exceptionally courteous, even assisting with luggage, which is not the norm for most companies. The check in process was easy, made even easier with friendly counter assistants. Finding the car was simple, we were met with a representative outside the building who gave us a choice of vehicles in our rental class, and pointed us toward the car. From the time of airport pick up to the exit from the rental facility was less than 10 minutes. Great Job Alamo

I went on my first business trip and had never used National before; everyone I encountered were so pleasant and helpful. I will rent from National from now on!

My rental experience was excellent. The reservation was made on New Years eve. The car was ready and waiting at the office for pick-up. The car was clean inside and out and the mileage was below 5,700 miles. Check-out was paperless and I was out in no time. Check-in two days later was a snap and the receipt was sent to my eMail account. The staff was also very attentive. Bravo Enterprise!
