Worst experience of my life. I had to show them how to do this he style I wanted. Half of my hair is correct the other hair isn't. Never again will I come here. Next time don't agree to something just to get the money.

They were recommended by my friend since her sister had just gotten her hair done there. Went in and they were nice. Got started immediately. Told her how I wanted it and she somewhat did what I asked. Hair was longer than what I asked. I said mid back and got up to hair down to my butt. It looked great until four days later when my hair started coming out of the braids and it looked as though I had them in for a month and two weeks. It's been a week and two days and I've had five braids come out, and my hair is NOT that short. I have long enough hair for braids to remain and last me for a good while. I am very upset about this. I want my money back because I paid $180 plus a tip and my hair isn't even lasting for two weeks. I literally made it four days without it messing up. I tied my hair up with scarves and everything. I have NEVER had this happen to my hair before and I've had my hair braided when it was a TWA(teeny weeny Afro). I won't be going back. Plus, the stylist in front of me was yelling at her client and complaining of being tired from doing her client's hair and all she did was cornrows, and that was her first head of the day. She was completely rude to her customer. I will go where I know, down 69th street.
I love this salon a lot. This is my all time favorite .this is my permanent braiding salon ,they are sweet and kind and very neat
Hair Loss!!! Major Hair Loss!!! I walked in with hair, left out damn near bald. As a result of Celebrity's negligence I have suffered substantial hair loss; about 75%. The braiders are rude to Americans. I watched them throw hair on the dirty floor then put it in unsuspecting customers hair. STAY OUT OF THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIr!!!!
Best braiding shop in town , great customer service I've been going there for years! Very professional

Just left the salon.... and can I say they did any EXCELLENT job....this was my first time there and first time getting micros....my nieces go all the time..... I can truly say I'm very very satisfied..... will definitely be going back..... Thanks Katie (Owner)
The owner NeNe walks in, she greets everyone else but gives me the screw face.I notice she wears cakes of make-up with a long blond lace-front wig. Me: No make-up & 11" of natural hair that I began to grow only 20 mos ago. Nonetheless, I still smile and speak.I'm getting 6 large cornrows.Half in, I notice a screwed up face from across the salon. She starts scolding me how my natural hair is 2 much for her sister to comb n next time I come, go to the Dominicans 1st to have it straightened out. I explained to her that her sister jus needs a larger tooth comb/pick. She replies that her sister only has 1 comb and that's not their fault. (mind you, not only is she combing my hair out with a small rat-toothed, but it's the type with the tiny lil teeth in btwn the already tiny teeth of the comb) and to think that she's using the same damn comb all day, everyday in everybody's head is a disgrace/very unsanitary. (Isn't it enough the African don't wash patron's hair before the styling? They could atleast sanitize the combs n purchase more types as well.) I tell her that she has a nasty disposition and needs to chill. But this clown standing across from me is going on how she don't care if I ever come back there or not cuz they been open 20 years and so on. Then the "sleep" patron sitting in her chair trying to make peace, starts by saying "That's just her demeanor honey, and the way she talks but doesn't mean any harm." BULLSHIT!I get up to leave, I ask them how much for the 3 braids she has completed already, her sister is trying to coax me into sitting back down instead for the finish. I sit back down, but then when she goes to put that nasty little comb back in my head, i jump up n leave out to go purchase a hair pick. She tried to give me my pick back once done, but I told her to keep it so that no other customer will ever have to be humiliated like that again. smh.She was nasty, rude n hates her reflection.I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
The worst braiding shop I have ever been to, my edges felled out , she is ghetto and eat while she and staff members are doing your hair plus the shop is very dirty. Betty hair shop on Marshall rd.and longlane is much better. Clean shop and my hair grow.
