This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I waited two hours for a pickup from an appointment. When the receptionist called at 12:45,my pick up was at twelve noon, they told her it would be fifteen minutes. I called at 1:10 or 1:15. I was,rudely, told that there was an 30- 60 minute delay. I said, "the receptionist was told fifteen minutes, I was told no she wasn't. I know things happen, but there s no need to lie. I told the receptionist what I was told and gave her the number for complaints. It's a shame how this company works. I have talked to so many people about the service. They are unsatisfied but they won't complain because they are afraid it will cause more trouble and they need the ride . I need my ride too,but you will not treat me any kind of way
Incompetent and negligent company. Works specifically with special needs people yet have 0 training to accommodate their disabilities. Was informed my autistic child would be refused service if she continued to have tantrums (which are apart of her disability). I asked what was their company procedure for handling behaviors related to the disability, and they said to notify the parent... Dont work with special needs kids if you don't have special accommodations for them! That's like picking up kids in wheelchairs but you have no lift and don't know how to fold the chair. So frustrating!
Lazy imbecile drivers. You are supposed to deliver my special needs child to the door and ring the bell. Not stop at the beginning of the block, wait a couple of seconds and turn around infront of horrified grandparents. You should be ashamed of yourselves as a company
They are the worst I LOST APPOINTMENT cuz i never got picked up ive been left at doctors office 3 times.they get 0 out of 1 star from me. They suck a***

If i could rate 0 stars I would. I work for a doctor's office. This company dropped our 82 year old patient off at 1:55pm (her appointment was at 1:30pm). THEN they had the AUDACITY to call us and complain because she wasn't ready for her scheduled pick up time at 2:00pm. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? You made this patient late and then you have the nerve to leave her without a ride??? I called to get her a new pick up, and they told me their computers were down and could do nothing for me at that moment. DISGRACE. What kind of people do you hire???
