April 28, 2016 @ 7:30 pm. This Dunkin Donuts is the absolute worst. As a patron I personally observed a plethora of Health Code Violations, and I will most definitely follow-up with a formal complaint to the Philadelphia Health Dept. Also, the customer service in this restaurant is non-existent. I was in town from Maryland for the Penn Relays with my two daughters. One of my daughters and I were eating our food while we waited for the other one to meet us there from Hard Rock Cafe located next door. When she arrive the manager closed the door in her face, and said nothing to that fact that they were closing. We felt extremely insulted by the behavior of staff and dissatisfied with the level of professionalism that was displayed. I shall follow-up with a written letter of complaint to Dunkin Donuts corporate offices, and also the local newspaper outlets.
Tim doughnut shop is one of the best business shop I have been to because a lot of people get certain food for different store and they food taste funny but at Tim doughnut shop you can buy as much tasteful food which cost less and more. I like Tim doughnut shop.
Love this Dunkin Donuts! the staff is always courteous and professional. Coffee is always perfect!
Been there a couple times early in the morning 5 ish bagels they serve are stale you got to go later in the morning and the person running the drive-through early in the morning is extremely slow and don't think about parking your car and going in on foot because he keeps the front door locked even after the Post-it opening hours
I will never return to this place I have never felt so disrespected and looked down on by using a free coffee coupon after all the money I spend at dunki donuts. The cashiers are very opinionated about how they hate the coupons to the customers.
Hi there, I went to dunkin donuts tonight to buy some donuts and a medium Latte and I figure out the latte wasn't full for medium cup, so on my way out I look the latte and I notice almost half the cup was the foam or whipped cream whatever was I was very disappointed for it. So I going to tell everyone I know if the going to buy something @ dunkin donuts i'll make sure they don't buy coffee or latte....This is for everyone who see this if you want to buy coffee or latte make sure you go on better place like starbucks for example....
I far prefer the Dunkin Donuts at Bustleton and Haldeman Avenues. This 842 Red Lion Road location sells stale donuts and rotting, expired meat in its sandwiches. Once I even found rat turds in a donut! Avoid this slime pit if you value your health and taste buds.
