I seriously hate the customer service at this location, 2 employees would be helping 1 person even when the line goes out the door. The 2 would also have convorsations like noone is waiting for them. The slow employees are usually the Chinese man or the African American women and while the line goes out the door, I only come here for the doctor Huyen Trinh, she is so amazing she is only reason why I will not be giving 1 star. There is a caucasian lady she's so nice in customer service. Overall, i am not sure if ill be back to this location again.
It's very sad that Mr Kaplan had to close and these idiots opened up and I encounter I went into this location the other night and I was taking back by the attitude and the cockiness of the woman running this location she was so fresh I would recommend no one visiting this location horrible and and she is so stupid because I spend thousands on my glasses they just lost a very good customer oh well refuse to be treated like s*** by someone that I would be spending a lot of money with
They have quality frames for low prices and they accept Health Partners. The guy that runs the place is really nice. He's very helpful and is always available. He even fixes my frames for free (tightening/replacing screws, reshaping plastic frames, etc.). I'm not sure about the hours, but I know that the Doctor is in Wednesdays from 10am-2pm.
This place is rachett as hell and the girl that use to work their the one with the short hair style she is a theft she stole 20 from me then acted like i didnt give it to her people kill me trying to be slick

I went to tight the screws of my eye glasses, they offered do it for free and I really appreciated that. However, they seemed to tightened them too much and it created a scratch on the crystals in a $1000 value glasses. I talked with the manager and he was unresponsive, he said he was my fault because I didn't asses the risk of doing that and he didn't care of my problem. They don't know what they do, and offered a service that afterwards they didn't want to be accountable for. The problem I had was so easy to solve and now I have a big problem because I will be without glasses for some days added to the cost I'll have. The manager response doesn't deserve more comments more than he didn't seem to be very well educated, he should learn something about customer service. I don't recommend this store.
A dreary, ghetto-like, low-end store with decent prices on many items. Actually, this Walmart seems more like a flea market.
Marked improvement over changes in past Management. Lines waiting to check out appear slightly shorter than before. I appreciate them hiring specialized people that do what they are trained for and perform their jobs well. And I give them an extra star for operating in Philadelphia, and being capable of dealing with so many personalities of Customers!
