The worst phone store ever. They don't open and they take your money for bad product. The store opens when it wants to. The phone number to the store doesn't work
This is not the Samsung Service Center, but general office. So you don't need to spend your time to call or visit here for reparering. Instead call to 1-800-SAMSUNG.
Possibly the worst internet provider ever. They say they provide "stable internet access," but what they don't tell you is that their internet might say it's "connected" for the majority of the time when really its going so slow that you can't even do simple things like surfing the web. My boyfriend lives at campus crossings in raleigh nc, and while playing a video game his ping suddenly spiked to 1000, and he could no longer play. After communicating with their "knowledgable" staff on the phone on multiple occasions, it has become quite apparent they don't know what they're doing or how to fix their own internet. They've tried blaming the problems on the amount of routers in the apartment complex, but when you plug your computer directly into the wall, the Internet still doesn't work. If his internet was from a provider locally they would've had people come out and figure out the problem, but since their all the way out in Philadelphia, they could care less about an entire apartment complex full of raleigh college students not having reliable internet access. The most unreliable internet since DSL, so much so, that I'm right next to the router and I'm having to use my phone data to post this review because Safari wouldn't load a single page even though I had "full" internet access. Hopefully this review doesn't go unnoticed to the company, like our internet issues have.
