Pathetic job of painting. Christopher did no prep work and finished work in a hurry. Now I have to get a real painter to clean up his mess.
Not sure what planet Lori came from, but I've had nothing but excellent work from this company. The young lady was phenomenal at her job, hardworking, and considerate of our needs. Perhaps Lori could show proof that she had any work done by this company.
Don’t hire this contractor. Talk nice then rob you. So lousy job they do. All he wants your money. 10 year old can paint batter then him.
I first hired Gregg and his team in 2004. It was my first house purchase and I was stressed over color choices. The guys really seem to have an eye for color scheme and helped ease my worries. I Absolutely loved the colors they picked. these guys worked so clean. Everything was back in place and spotless when the job was done. I am a former employee with Hour Seasons and to put briefly without bias am sharing my personal experience should anyone seek employment with this organization. Off the bat the talk is great and the painted picture of the atmosphere is very inviting. However, what this very young company offers its perspective employees is an open ended outline of future plans to offer medical benefits which have yet to be seen. A work schedule which places a heavy load on turnaround of units which are in most cases are unachievable unless shortcuts are taken. The "Owner" of the company who claims that he has authority to make all major decisions is quick to defer to his co-owning "partner/wife" who ultimately makes all final decisions. Without "her" consent decisions that "he" claims he has authority to make truly hold no weight in the grand scheme of things. Documented bigotry on several occasions involving different parties is allowed in the workplace without administration of prompt and adequate discipline. Perspective employees can look forward to paid vacation accrual that is Non existent, going beyond the call of duty yields no tangible substance aside from the occasional "great job Hour Seasons is happy to have you on board". In short, should a perspective employee consider Hour Seasons just know that you have been warned. To perspective organizations looking to hire Hour Seasons beware of the disgruntled employees that will be servicing your place of work. Types of Interior Paint

Subcontractors may not be as skilled as employees, and the contractor you're hiring may not have much experience working with them, making them more of a risk. Additionally, ask if the painters are employees or subcontractors, and what the screening or hiring process is like. If the company conducts background checks, that's a good sign.
4. What kind of training do your employees receive?
If the contractor makes a point to train new hires on safety techniques as well as quality standards on the job, you're probably in good hands.
5. What kind of paint will you use?

PDCA connects painters and home decorators through local chapters and councils. The organization also provides webinars, educational videos, and podcasts so members can stay up to date on the latest best practices and news.
American Coatings Association
The ACA doesn't focus on best practices so much as it does on best products. The nonprofit is dedicated to research and development of high-quality paint products as well as sustainability issues.
Finishing Contractors Association
The FCA has members that are painters as well as professionals who focus on flooring, drywall, and other elements to home construction and renovation.
Better Business Bureau
The BBB isn't a painter-specific group but rather an organization that is dedicated to ensuring that consumers can access information about anyone they do business with. The BBB also rates companies based on a Standards of Trust scale, which goes from A+ to F. A company doesn't have to be a member to get a grade, and it's a good idea to check to see how your contractor is scored as well as its membership status.
