Horrible. The clerks who take calls border on the side of blistering ignorance. And, further up the food chain isn't much better. They make all the cab companies they serve look exceptionally bad.
P-674 purposely hit my car then attempted to extort $50 from me after the fact. He was rude and unprofessional. He then drove away from the accident that HE caused.
I have never gotten a ride from this company, however I have come into contact with one of their drivers and he was one of the rudest, most ignorant gentleman I've ever met. Not to mention that I met him fall down drunk at a bar with his cab in the parking lot. Needless to say you could very possibly be risking your life getring into one of these cabs.
My friend, who uses a wheelchair, and I used this cab company. The man swore at us, took my 10 dollars for the 7.75 fare and refused to talk with us when confronted. Called the main number to complain. The woman was nice but wanted me to call another number. I didn't have a pen but told her I would post a review. Terrible man. His cab was P0780. Avoid him.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!! Do not !!!! Late, poor costumer service , lacks available drivers , horrible communication skills .. Let me repeat that horrible communication skills . I'm sure reading the reviews you want to feel like an exception to the rule and think it won't be as bad ... Don't bother they are always and WILL ALWAYS be a horrible company . And if your in a mood for a call ... Call and listen to the voice prompt saying " on time " then wait 3 hours and find that they are late
Do I really have to assign these losers a star. A COMPLETE LET DOWN! I called this morning for a cab. Other companies gave me an ETD of 45 to 60 minutes. This company gave me an ETA of 30 minutes. 40 minutes later, I called to check on my ride, and they say, you're next to be picked up. Another 40 minutes go by, I call again and the dispatcher explains that other callers are closer, so I have to understand. He assures me that the taxi will be there in 10 minutes. Needless to say they never showed. I was more than an hour late for work. I downloaded the Uber app, and a well-dressed man picked me and my children up. He even had a booster seat for my three year old. I won't ever call this company again. Don't let them waste your time.
Can't say enough terrible things about this cab company. I called the night before to make a reservation for a cab. It never showed. When I called them, they told me that they don't take reservations. WTH? Why take my reservation then? They also then attempted to extort me, saying they could pick me up if I paid them extra. I was desperate that I said I would. However, they didn't show up even then, and I had to get another cab. Almost missed my train.

I'll preface it with the following.-the ride from Central Philly to Bridgesburg. It was fine.-the driver. It was fine. He was very nice and chatty.-if you go on their website, there is a lost and found link where you can fill out a form. Their response team - SO quick to answer you. Impressive.What WASN'T fine.After I arrived at my destination, I realized minutes after the taxi drove off that my camera had dropped out of my pocket. Yes, yes, that was my fault - but if you've never lost anything in your lifetime, I'd love to meet you. (It didn't help that 11/1 Saturday was a day of Hail Mary downpours- Google it!, so I had all my rain crap on me!)Luckily, I had the company's number because I had asked the driver for his business card. I called the dispatcher right away and he REFUSED to dispatch the driver to come back to me with my camera!!!! (To be fair, I didn't have the medallion number, but COME ON, how many 6666 drivers are in Bridesburg at 12:30p on a Saturday??? He told me to call the PPA instead - which I did - but their offices are closed on weekends! NOT helpful! (Might I add, I called the dispatcher 3x times that morning. I got the guy twice. A girl once. The girl was at least sympathetic. The guy - he did give me the PPA number, but showed no compassion or concern and was even barking in the background when I was talking to the girl.)And, as a result, I've had to:-stalk the PPA for the last six days (nice and patient folks, by the way. THEY get 5 stars!)-file a police report (why should the cops be out crime fighting when they can waste time by filing reports like mine about lost property!!!)ALL of which could have been alleviated with a mere dispatch to whichever cab had just dropped me off. (BTW, it WAS possible as I asked the PPA about it!!!! BUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!). I even offered to pay the fare for the driver to come back to me!(The camera I can replace, it's the SIM card with all the sentimental and irreplaceable photos that I'll never see again that upsets me.)UNREAL. And, as an out-of-towner, it left a really bad impression. (Oh, and when karma pays you a visit later and YOU lose something just as important - it WILL happen at some point in your LIFETIME - that unsympathetic sound of laughter will be me.)
