I’ve been there for nearly a year and I’m addicted. The staff are so encouraging in helping with your goals to get fit. ILKB is the best Pham in Philadelphia! I love the members here and the energy is awesome! All the instructors are there to help you learn, and the members are there to work! Hardest and most fun workout in the world!
ILKB is great for finding motivation. The instructors are really pumped up and have no problem making sure you get your butt in shape! The gym is nice, people are friendly, and they always try to make things special for us - themed DJ nights, member nights at local establishments, etc. I was in a slump prior to joining and now I've already lost 10 pounds!!! It is a bit expensive, but it IS worth it if you're one of those people that really need a lively, personalized workout to get you going. Recommend!
Becoming a member at I Love Kickboxing Philly has been one of the best choices I have made in my adult life – THEE absolute best when it comes to fitness, health & wellness. It is an incredible, high-energy, motivational and FUN way to get or stay fit. Within my first 3 months as a member, I lost 15 pounds and gained strength, muscle, energy and a hobby that sounds pretty badass! The instructors are amazing, full of personality, and tons of fun and are as diverse as the members. (The diversity is one of my favorite aspects this place.) Anyone can do it, and EVERYONE should!

I’ve always hated going to the gym, but I knew I needed to be more active and more toned to feel better. However, a person cannot maintain a fitness regime if it’s not fun and enjoyable. Not for long anyways. I began my search for that one fun and enjoyable workout about 6 months ago. I’ve tried everything from aerial yoga to pole dancing, and I did not like anything. That is until I found a Groupon for ILKB and decided to give it a try. I was so pleasantly surprised with their kickboxing classes. They were not only fun for me but such a great outlet on stressful days. I became a member not only because I loved the classes but also because the staff there never pushed me too much yet always cheered me on. They are not just fitness instructors but friends as well. ILKB is as they call it a “family”. Once you try a class, you’ll never want to go to a gym or anywhere else. It’s simply the best.

I could go to places closer to me, but I don't. I drive to South Philly, park in fear of PPA and I do it regularly. =) This place is bursting full of positive vibes and good energy. It has become like my neighborhood "cheers". The place you go where everybody knows your name. It is a damn hard workout, and doesn't get easier. The instructors continue to keep you motivated and are approachable for advice. I leave feeling disgusting drenched in sweat EVERYTIME, and I love it. The only thing I've been able to consistently stick with in a long time.
Join the South Street Squad at ILKB!! I highly recommend it. This group of awesome trainers really know their stuff and treat you like family. I have been there for almost a year and continue to learn new technique every day and build on the basics. The classes are fun but challenging and keep you coming back for more!
The ILKB workout is the hardest thing I've ever wanted to do twice! The facilities are clean, the staff is welcoming and supportive, the members are awesome and the workout is fun! I know that an hour spent there is more valuable and productive then any time I've spent in a conventional gym.
