Yannies office is in 917 arch. She manages all the apartments upstairs. I have several colleagues who rent these units. The roof ended up leaking in this building so bad that every time it rained, it rained directly into my friends apartment. He had similar issues with her.Moral of the story is that Yannie is a slumlord. Only rent from her if you want to live in a dump and end up contemplating jumping off the Ben Frank bridge daily.

My grandmother got into a fist fight with Yanni, this place is a trip. The bitch is crazy and won't think twice of physically assaulting you or a family member if you cross her. DO NOT let her mild manner and quiet tone fool you. Had to hire a lawyer and PPD was on scene to sort out the matter. My grandmother was booked and escorted to the nearby police station up the street. Criminal record at 83, where is the justice?
Yannie was wonderful to deal with before and during our stay. Although we didn't meet face to face, she was very supportive during our stay. We arrived late on Sat night and had no problem getting into the apartment. The Apartment was modern and spacious. In a PERFECT neighborhood. Walking distance to everything in Rittenhouse Square. We had our car and were able to find street parking within a few blocks without much trouble. There was a parking lot around the corner too if you prefer. The bed was very comfortable (much better than our mattress at home!). It was very bright and sunny and quiet. If you like to sleep in, and light bothers you, Yannie always give quick response when we asking for something! Recommend the building and Yannie
Yannie and her colleague Tiffany were wonderfully responsive hosts! The location and monthly rental price of 917 Arch can't be beat. That being said, Yannie and Tiffany addressed any issues in a timely and friendly manner and were so lovely to my daughter, mother and I during our 5 week stay. We got ourselves a 1 month, inexpensive "Clear" 4G Wireless Internet Plan from a nearby store, and were good to go with internet and our Apple TV that we could watch on their flatscreen. The building does have a secured entrance and elevator and great AC (so good during the heat wave of our visit!). There is also an incredibly delicious Burmese restaurant called 'Rangoon'- around the corner on 9th street that you must try if you stay here! Also a bit of a walk away, there is the BEST brunch place I've ever been to called Cafe Lift (428 N. 13th Street). Soooo good! Enjoy Philly! :)
