First off let me start by saying this place was JAMMED PACKED. I almost let the reviews steer me away but I figured there were only 7 reviews and by the looks of it they get A TON of business. I got my 15 E class repaired and those guys helped me out a lot. My insurance company initially did not honor my claim and the guys at the shop went to war to get my claim approved. They did take a little over a month to finish my vehicle, however they made sure i had a rental car and additional charges were covered. I can say these people stood by their words and took care of me.

Bought a Toyota here in the dead of winter that smelled a little like a flower shop. A couple months later as the warm weather set in and the scent wore off, i realized i bought a car previously owned by a smoker. After trying a number of over the counter products to get rid of the smell, with only temporary results, i called the service department and the general manager and complained about their detailers cover up trick.They offered very little help. i found traces of baking soda between the seats and the back of the seats indicating that the detailers sprinkled this on the seats to hide the smell. Stay clear from these guys. They coned me and if the occasion comes up i'm sure they won't hesitate to con you.

my car had some minor problems most mechanics would dismissed, and I learned to live with them. When I picked my car up from academy, I was pleasently surprised. The minor problems were adressed and resolved along with the main issue I brought it in to be worked on. I think these guys know what they're doing. Great help and professional service, no nonsence.

Great personalized service from the start to the finish. I had my sons repaired here this month and they dealt with the whole process from the tow and the rental car, all the way through to the insurance and repairs. I was called to pick up the fixed car in a little over a week.The shop made all the arrangements for us and did everything we asked for. When we got the car back it looked beautiful and they even cleaned it inside and out for us. Excellent place and great people.

My girl was in an auto accident. Broad St collision was on location. I let them tow my vehicle once I arrived to the auto accident scene. It was drivable but the insurance company said it was ok to let them take it. My insurance company said they will get the car out. I went on my own after reading all the negative reviews. I didn't want my car being put back together with used parts from the junk yard while they charge the insurance company for new parts. When I went to their address there was no one inside the building. No one in the offices. Just an empty building. A guy walked in after about 10 minutes. Asked if he can help me. I said I wanted to pick up my vehicle. He said why don't you just let the insurance company pay to get it out because they will pay anything they send them. He wanted to charge more money to the insurance company. I said no I'm good. Finally he went into one of the offices and sat at a computer. He said he didn't know how to work the computer and couldn't get a print out of the charges. He then proceeded to write down the charges. The total was outrageous. He said I would have to pay about $1,000 to take my car out. I was being charged $40 a day storage fee, $150 tow fee, a clean up fee, office fee, and some other made up fees. I had my towed slip. By law, the signed agreement said I couldn't be charged more than $25 a day for storage. 4 days for storage= $100. The max tow fee on the slip was $40 or $50. That's $150. The tow truck driver didn't clean anything up at the scene as I grabbed my bumper myself. The guy asks me who really charges $50 for tow? I said that's on the signed agreement. Clearly states what they charge so he said what you think you owe. I said 4 days of storage, tow fee, and if you want to charge an office fee when no one's in the office then go ahead but that doesn't add up to $1,000. He said I can pay $700 because the insurance company would pay me back. They will just keep writing checks he said. I said no. He went down to $500. I said no. He went down to $300 and I agreed just to get my car out and get it to my insurance company preferred garage to start the process of getting fixed. Well there was no secretary in the building so this guy pulls out his phone with a credit card swipe reader. I said what's that. He said that's how we accept payments. I said ok. I paid the $300 and walked over to get my vehicle. It was sitting in a large lot with about 100 other damaged cars. Just sitting there not getting fixed. I was glad I was getting my car back. The whole time I was there 3 or 4 guys came over to see what was happening. They were asking the guy why I was taking my car. They knew they were loosing money by me taking it. The biggest mistake was letting them take my car in the 1st place. Then I didn't get a receipt from him. I watched my credit card charge and was surprised it didn't have the Broad Street Collision name as the company but the guys name. I then disputed the charge as I think he was trying to scam me. DO NOT LET THEM TOW YOUR VEHICLE!Use your insurance tow company.
Extremely happy with the level of service o received. Gary was very responsive and willing to work with me throughout the process. The car looks better than it did before the accident. Hopefully I never need their services again, but if I do I will definitely go back to them.
