I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Ideal Tool!I drove to Philly from Cape May county.Five minutes from the bridge,I had an encounter like the old days. The place is run by a father and son,and a nice dog.Very pleasant to deal with, delighted with the repair job, surprised the bill wasn't bigger!
have been dealing with them for years and they are first class all the way they know the appliances that they work never had a problem
You never know what you're going to get with a service company. This one was professional, prompt and knew their business! The service man who called to fix our refrigerator could have come right out of a TV commercial for appliance repair. He tested, he summarized the problem and then went about fixing it. Parts and testing equipment were all over our kitchen floor, but you hardly knew the guy was there and work was being done. Sometimes service is a pain. This certainly was a pleasant surprise. Hats off to Quaker City Service!
I love all things GAP. The selection and servie are great! I'm looking forwardto being employed there.
I was in need of 3 appliances: A dryer, first and foremost, a refrigerator, and an apartment sized gas range. I pass by this business often, and it looked attractive from outside. And was in need of financing. The owner, Moishe, was accommodating, and comfortable to be around. I felt as if I've always known him. He was quick to direct me to appliances to fit my needs, and offered a package deal, and assistance with financing. I also met his wife, also a very nice person, comfortable to talk to. Delivery, set-up, and old appliance removal were included in my deal. His techn ician , who I watched refurbishing appliances while I was in the store, seemed very skilled, and installed beautifully. Delivery assistant, however, was a bit unprofessional, including asking for a tip. The appliances run great thus far, and Moishe assured me that they would provide reasonable years of service. They were thoroughly cleaned and tested prior to delivery. Even follow up visit was provided to "tweak" installation of dryer, by his skilled technician. I would highly recommend this business to anyone I know who is in need of newer appliances, of all sorts, "on a budget".
I'm 14 going on 15 checking to see if there are any jobs available here that I can work. I'm very hardworking and if anything please let me know with information
I'm 14 going on 15 in April looking for a job. I'm hardworking and looking for a job that's good paid. Please let me know with information if you could give me a job
I completely agree - BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! The service tech showed up at our house under the influence. Refused to service our washing machine because one of the other tech's from Quaker City Service had order the a part based on the error code we had provided the company. Thus, accusing of with self diagnosing our Maytag washer.Where in reality, the tech was angry and intoxicated. He tripped of his won two feet when he was standing on our front door mat. Dropped his metal clip board which left a big chip in out hardware floors. Could barely make it up the stairs to the second floor while dragging his tool bag against our freshly painted walls. On the way out he almost fell going down the front stairs. Accusing me for his lack of balance and shouting to the neighbor, "did you see that, did you see that." He then proceeded to trip over a flower pot and fall.I then called Quaker City to speak to a supervisor or a manager, but there isn't one??? This company is a complete fraud. I am filling with the BBB.
