The staff of this book store deserves commendation based on the way they handle themselves when there are customer inquiries.
I love this place he is making me a outfit that I will pick up tomorrow
Don't bother shopping in store. Customer service is awful. I waited 20 minutes for salesgirl to finish with what sounded like a personal call. Once I was finally acknowledged I was treated as if I was bothering her! To the snotty salesgirl with the red hair... I will not be back in your store... EVER!!!
What a bunch of cheap jewelry, sold by incompetent girls!! My $700.00 necklace broke during fist wear and still waiting for replacement 2 months later!! I used to love this store when it first opened in 2012... will be taking my business elsewhere! What happened to the original store staff? what a loss!!!
This is a great old fashion bookstore. It is not huge but has some great finds and a wide category selection. They have a lot of old books which I love and the prices are very good especially compared to the chain stores. Many of the books are second hand but are in good condition. The manager of the store is really cool. He's always got some old tunes playing and will discuss the books with you. My only complaint is that some of the classics are missing because he says they go out as soon as they get them in.
How can I put this nicely without ranting..... Unprofessional, completely outdated style of photography (no digital copies at all), overpriced, albums look like my grandmothers', did not do what I asked (as in made me take shots I didn't want and didn't take ones I did want), rushed me to get ready on my wedding day, what was advertised was not what I got and he did not back up his "satisfaction guarantee". When I told them I didn't like the pictures, they acted like I was crazy and got very defensive and refused to accept my complaints. If it would've been worth the extra aggravation, I would've sued them, but you can't re-do your wedding day. Bottom line--my biggest wedding regret. Three years later and I still look at those horrible pictures and want to cry. Please don't be fooled like I was!
