Limited English spoken. Look at pictures on the wall, and point out which haircut you want.
This is by far the best Barbershop in Philadelphia, but if you are a walk in, you might wait a long.

I love Rose. She is so great and takes her time on you. Everyone is extremely nice and makes you feel like family.
Bunch of fat guys sitting there gabbing like old broads, guy cutting hair looks like he swallowed a barrel, looks like fog horn leg horn.Never seen men just sitting around talking about people
Been there a lot. Always an outstanding cut. Get in early though. I'd sit in any of the two chairs.
The Masters Barber Shop is horrible, the worst of the worst! They are total amateurs when it comes to giving haircuts. Get a new profession.
YELLOW PAGES SAYS BUSINESS CLOSED. THATS NOT TRUE. BUSINESS OPEN
My friends and I hate this dirty, smelly, ancient, worn-out store. Masters Barber Shop gives the most crooked/sloppy haircuts, charges the highest prices, and has the longest waits and SLOWEST service. The staff is superficially friendly but it doesn't make up for the extremely poor value.
