Throughout our planning process, some unexpected events occurred that forced us to trim the costs of our reception, and Lisa handled our requests with tact and creativity. Countless guests commented on the personal service they received at their tables, and best of all, the appetizers and food were OUTSTANDING. All of our ceremony and reception items (e.g. centerpieces, favors, decorations) were placed and organized EXACTLY, and in a few instances, BETTER, than we had requested them to be when we dropped them off the day prior...all my groom and I had to do was show up and enjoy our party. About a year ago I did a baby shower at 5100 Banquet Hall and I must say their services were outstanding. I book the “The Onyx Room” and the space was huge and the room was spectacular, the mirror one the wall and the floor was spot less an amazing place to host an event. The coordinator for the facilities (Mike) was a great person to work with, they allowed you an hour before your event to come in and set up and they also help with cleaning up by taking out the trash. I am now planning to host another event there for my daughter surprise birthday party.
I wanted to take a minute to let everyone know about a diamond in the rough! We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday party at the 5100 Banquet Hall and it was beautiful!! The hall was large & we plenty of space to celebrate this great event. The staff was a joy to work with from the beginning (Mike) to the set up day (Mr. P) to the owner (Mr. Butler) what a great bunch of men to work with! Thank you so much for everything my Mom will never forget her Hawaiian Luau Celebration!!!
My friends and I held a baby shower at 5100 in 2013. The staff-especially Mr. Mike were great to deal with. We loved the lead way of hours they gave us to decorate. When our event was over, staff came up to the room to help us with the trash, etc. 5100 Banquet Facility offers everything you need-from ice, to table linens, even the special red carpet! We loved the facility and staff so much, that we're planning to hold another event there-in a couple of months!!
Did my son 16th bday bash! They did a great jod with decorating. as a mother I decide to put security guards and Wristband red 4 Teenagers n green 4 adults. to protect our children. the party was a success all parents of the guests they where a mains that they could've drop off their children and pick them up later on. as a mother that I am is my responsibility to make sure all children are safe and family members and adults and other guests that they were there.
we just recently visited the chateau for a very special event for our aunt and uncle. it was an amazing affair with the staff going out of their way for the guest of honors plus all of their guests. there was not one request that wasn't taken care of with warmth and ease. our dinner was phenomenal even making sure the older guests were taken care of with ease.we look forward to going back. thank you for an outstanding evening!!!
We had our wedding reception at Cottage Green with over 160 people in attendance and everything was perfect. The food was incredible, the tables were elegantly decorated, the staff was professional. Kevin, the manager made our event memoriable and as stress free as possible. What a wonderful time.
Very nice facility with a variety of rooms to choose from depending on your event. Have friends who have booked baby showers, birthday parties and wedding receptions. They have all been very satisfied with pricing and service. Complimented the rooms on cleanliness and service from management.
Wonderful facility to have functions. Have attended a wedding reception and birthday party there. Clean rooms, well maintained, and great staff to work with you. Variety of rooms that are reasonably priced. Well recommended!
