Absolute crooks. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money purchasing a vehicle here. I made that mistake. I bought a used vehicle with a 30 day warranty. 5 days after purchase and 120 miles later the check engine light came on. Brought back to the service department to have issue repaired. Service diagnosed the vehicle as needing 8 Spark Plugs and 8 ignition coils. At a cost of over 1000 dollars. Of course this is not covered under the “powertrain” warranty. The dealers solution was to give me one spark plug and one coil. A joke. They didn’t even install the parts! This place is a poor excuse for a business. Prepare to be disappointed by their actions .

Good dealership, this is our second car that we purchase from them. Very satisfied with our purchase
Great experience! Igor went above and beyond to ensure quality service. It was very helpful in assisting. Highly recommend this dealership.
I recently purchased a car from this dealer which died 2 days after from a dead alternator, the driver side door switch was malfunctioning and I couldn’t exit the car, ... They also overcharged me $1000 on the price of the car saying it was additional taxes and fees because the car will be licensed in another state. I found out that was a lie and I have been trying to get back my money for the last couple of weeks… They also did not honor the discount issues through the third-party website if you make a purchase right away… They eventually repaired the wheels damaged by the last owner so I agree to let them keep the discount as payment… They also repair the car so it’s driving again… somehow water is seeping into the trunk from underneath the car… I would never make a purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone…
My nightmare began on November 20th 2017 when I made the worst decision of my life of Buying a Car from a Mom-and-Pop operation and only ended on February 2nd. I will attempt to make this post short but welcome any questions from the community as I wouldn't want this deceiving business to hurt anyone else. Long story short, I bought a vehicle from Anthony and his daughter Jennifer and paid with a Cash ready check from PNC, which it was cashed right away. After the first 30 days without having heard from the dealership nor having received anything to be able to register the vehicle, I started getting concerned and began my several attempts on contacting the Dealership by phone, as well as Anthony's Cell Phone, which were all unsuccessful. They would never return my calls nor the several voice mails I left or my bank's calls. After the first 60 days, the temporary tag expired and I was no longer able to use the vehicle. I made several attempts on contacting Anthony by text messages and his responses were "The title should be coming soon". I learned that the dealership only requested the Tittle on January 22nd, over two months after I had purchased the vehicle. I finally got the title on the mail on February 2nd (Anthony said he would overnight it, but ended up sending it on the slowest/cheapest mailing option available which took 5 days to get it. They caused me and my wife a LOT of Stress and Headache, we were not able to use the vehicle for over two weeks, and we ended up having to pay $50 at the DMV for late fees. I have a lot of text messages from Anthony recorded and can prove the whole ordeal, this guy is such a liar. At the end he said he was going to pay for the DMV fees and $500 for my troubles, and I have yet to receive anything from him. I will be filling formal complaints with the Pennsylvania Attorney General, Pennsylvania State Board of Dealers and Salesperson, the Department of Revenue and the Better Business Bureau.
I bought a car from PA Auto, even though I am in Virginia & they are in Pennsylvania. Car was as I was told upon receiving it by motor carrier. I am very pleased with the car that I selected. It is as I was told. Very good buy, very good price.
Very professional through this whole car buying experience .
People are great here!! Great selection of cars as well !!
Very professional. Not pushy to sell. Price was good. Everyone was very friendly !
Bought a Toyota here in the dead of winter that smelled a little like a flower shop. A couple months later as the warm weather set in and the scent wore off, i realized i bought a car previously owned by a smoker. After trying a number of over the counter products to get rid of the smell, with only temporary results, i called the service department and the general manager and complained about their detailers cover up trick. They offered very little help. i found traces of baking soda between the seats and the back of the seats indicating that the detailers sprinkled this on the seats to hide the smell. Stay clear from these guys. They coned me and if the occasion comes up i'm sure they won't hesitate to con you.
