Any cellular business that can't keep a working phone number should find another line of work. Just try to call the published phone number. Same goes for the 1300 S. Columbus Blvd. location in Phila PA
They say tree phone, when switching, but you end up paying 100 dollars. Don't get it, they are great employees, but the company needs to be more out with the free phone plans

We had a great experience here at At&T. We were waited on in a timely manner and had great service. Kyle Boyd helped us become new Iphone6 owners. He was calm, knowledgable, and efficient. He answered all of our questions. We will absolutely be back.

I will never return to this location this location is a disgrace to the 18 to print them please working near wear pink nail attention to me or giving all the attention to these beautiful woman that were in there and work anything and when I confronted the minute he said you have to wait your turn and there's two of them there I had a case in my hand so can I just pay for this and I'll be on my way they said you have to wait
I went in asking for help and she was rude and obnoxious. Not at all professional or friendly. She did not care to hear what i had to say. Kept talking over me. I recommend she take up proper customer service etiquette and some manners would do her some good.
I recommend no one goes to this store. The person that is handling the customers is not at all customer friendly. She is rude and has no desire to help. For all the question we ask, her answer is "I don't know". Metro pcs management really need to evaluate who they are hiring to represent their service. We bought a cell phone from this location. When we came to charge the cell phone, the charger is not charging the phone. We told the lady about the the defective charger, she was the one that sold the cellphone to us. She completely dismissed and accused us of damaging the charger. If she has not power to help, she could have told us. Instead, she chose to be very rude and inconsiderate. I am now considering changing the service all together. Based on the level of service I received, it does not even worth one star.
