Plenty of room to park. Easy access in & out right off 95 highway , exit 30(cottman) exit , right at the light N 1/2 mile on your right.
The owner is a mean and cranky old man. However, the location and rate are pretty good but you will have to deal with an obnoxious person and poor customer service.
We parked our rental car in the Penn Warwick Garage on 1710 Chancellor Str. while visiting my daughter-in-law in the evening of 05/14/16 . Everything looked okay, we got our car from the valet back ,paid $ 24 for their service, returned to hotel and then discovered that the husband's new jacket from the trunk after parking has disappeared. Be aware, do not leave good things in your car !
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL PARK YOUR CAR IN AN UNAUTHORIZED SPOT, GET YOU A TICKET, TRY TO HIDE IT AND REFUSE TO PAY IT!!Park America located at 1710 Chancellor St, Philadelphia, PA, 19103 parked my GX460 White Lexus outside of your designated valet zone which caused me to incur a $101 ticket due to your company’s blatant negligence. When the employee retrieved my car he blatantly removed the ticket from the windshield wiper and tried to hide it inside my hood. I did not notice the ticket until the next day when I was cleaning my car. Had I not noticed the hidden ticket this incident could have caused me additional fines and fees and perhaps the towing of my car due to this non paid ticket! Spoke to Walter Borkowski the manager who was rude, refused to pay ticket and told me to take them to court!!!!
Well its no longer 5star parking as they went out of business 2 or more years ago I think it maybe run by ABM Parking Services now
This company isn't even worthy of 1 star. Their customer service is abysmal. I parked for the day at their location on 1850 Cuthbert. When I came to pick up my car there was a huge gash in the front corner bumper in which the paint was completely chipped off. This damage was not there when I brought the car in. The attendants immidiately jumped to the defensive and claimed they did not do it. I wouldn't expect them to just admit to it so I filled out the accident report and brought it into the corporate office. In the rudest ways they tried to brush me away and claimed that I caused the damage and that I targetted their garage as a scam. I intend to pursue this as long as I can until they accept responsibility.
