The owner Peter is very disrespectful to clients. Watch out for this place!!! Go to the competition!!! He lost a long-time client. I was upset as I believe my car was damaged by his teams during detailing. He claims he has videos and refuses to send them claiming it is a closed system. He says I should drive an hour to come see, but that is ridiculous. If an owner wants to rely on videos, he should be able to send them! You should never talk to an upset client that way. Go to the competition!!!
Loser Airport Parking would be a more appropriate name. We waited a full 45 min. For a pickup and when the driver finally showed up he was shaking like a leaf and could hardly hold onto the steering wheel. I literally was afraid for our safety even though it is a short 10 minute ride back to their business. It took 2 hours to fly from Florida to Philadelphia and a full hour to get from the airport to this establishment a few miles away. The car had this filthy black grease all over the inside of the drivers side door as well. Terrible!!!!
I have been a long time Winner Parking customer but NO more. If I could put NEGATIVE stars I would because of my most recent experience. I paid for the white glove service as I always do. (White glove service is where upon returning from your trip they bring you your vehicle and you get to leave straight from the airport and the driver gets a ride back from another employee). A Winner Parking driver got in an accident in my mother's vehicle on the way to drop the car at the terminal for us. Accidents happen so it was frustrating but understandable, what happened next is when the situation became ridiculous. I spoke to the owner of Winner Parking, Pete, he said all the right things and was so nice but it was all a farce. He took ZERO responsibility and claimed he couldn't do more or take care of the situation because of his insurance. My mother ended up having to use her own insurance and pay her deductible of $500 for an accident that we were not even involved in. My mother's insurance now has to go after Pete's insurance for her to even have the possibility of getting her deductible back. I will never use Winner Parking again and I will tell others not to use them as well, like I am doing now. Just remember you are rolling the dice using Winner Parking. If there is ever some sort of issue that happens it will be amplified from their lack of customer service.
This is the second time I have used this service and each time I am amazed at how positive the experience is. The parking lot is very convenient, and there is always a shuttle waiting. The drivers are always helpful with the bags. Couldn't be happier and will continue to use this service.

As a first time customer with Winner, I was surprised to return home from a long flight to discover that my gas tank went from half full to empty. I advised the attendant, who later informed me that the car was left running while my car was being detailed without calling or email me prior to my arrival.The owner called me the following day, admitting that not only had the attendant not followed their standard protocol, which is to have the owner of the vehicle sign off on the drop-off mileage, there was also no literature in their office or website that informs patrons that their car will be left running, thus potentially draining the gasoline in your vehicle.Peter the owner, snidely verified that proper protocol was not followed by his employees, and insisted that since this has never happened in his 21 years of business, that it was virtually impossible for it to have happened to me, and didn't feel the need to reimburse me or even have my future business, although I spent over $240 to park and have my car detailed.It's disheartening to hear that zero accountability was taken as a result of an employer's mistake. It's a good thing I made it home safe, although I wonder if potentially placing a woman in harms way helps the owner sleep at night!

I like The Parking Spot PHL because of the location, shuttle schedule, and security. I've parked at this facility on numerous occasions as its easy to get to and always has a coupon online for additional savings. I just recently joined the Spot Club to earn reward points towards free parking. During the numerous times I have parked here I have not encountered any issues with my car.
I travel often, and always use ExpressPark. Great service, friendly people, and always on time. I would recommend ExpressPark to EVERYONE!
