I took this bus on a crab feast in July 2017 of this year. It was the best experience I had. The ease of getting my group to the Baltimore venue and the non hassle of driving and traffic was the best thing I ever did. The seafood feast was excellent and the service was good. I would of liked more time at the venue, but it was well worth the money spent. I highly recommend them.
Really bad service, they stole your packet and will tell you that they lost it on the way ship to vietnam. We chartered two buses for a trip from Philadelphia to Washington DC. The 2 bus drivers did not get along with each other. Our buses went different directions several times because neither driver wanted to follow the other. Their communication with each other was unprofessional; even at times using profanity. On one bus the light in the bathroom did not work. On the other bus the TVs did not work. We stopped for lunch. The driver's joined us. They were unwilling to leave at the time that we wanted added with their bickering with each other - this caused us to reach our destination about a hour late. When we finally arrived back in Philadelphia the buses were unloaded and the driver's sped off without giving us the opportunity to even check to see if items were left behind or not. We contacted the company to report the disasterous day. The owner did not even offer an apology for the lack of professionalism that we experienced. Instead he offered $50 off a future trip. That was an insult after we had just spent well over $2000 on this trip.
Total complete SCAM! Be smart and avoid them. Won't return phone calls or emails. Don't send them any $$.
I had a trip to David Tours & Travel Ultimate seafood Feast on July 22, 2017 It was Great! Driver was excellant bus was clean and driver very friendly. Food at the feast was yummy. I reccomend it to anyone who likes seafood!

This is the absolute worst bus company I have ever experienced. The driver was an hour late picking us up. The manager and the woman who answers their phones continued to tell us conflicting stories. The bus driver was also late picking us up from the museum. If that wasn't be enough, there was an issue with the hydraulics (we were later told is was some other issue) on the bus and we were stranded for hours. The owner was rude and could not provide us with an ETA of when help was coming. Communication is strongly lacking with this company. I would not recommend this company ever!
They really go out of their way to help.We were very pleased with our trips with major league vacations.The first time we used them, we found them online and we talked from there. We had a great trip to ritz carlton in Hong Kong...it was the best view of the city. We really couldn't believe how easy it was to finally go on vacation internationally. We didn't have to worry.My family and I have used them since.
I am very disappointed with my experience with David Thomas Transportation. I had rented a school bus to drive my wedding guests to and from the venue from the hotel. Issues were as follows: Bus driver did not leave on time for the first trip from the hotel and then he got lost on the drive to the venue causing our guests to be late. We ended up having to delay the start of our wedding by almost a half hour to wait for the bus and about half of our guests to arrive. This also caused us to miss half of our happy hour since the wedding started when the happy hour was supposed to begin. This was a little frustrating but not as bad as the second part. The following day I e mailed my contact at the company telling them what happened and to see if they can look into this and get back to me on why, as it caused us some issues the day of the wedding (having to wait to start and then losing time at the happy hour) When I returned from my honeymoon I was quite disturbed when I had not received an e mail back so I followed up again. Again no reply for another week (we are now at +15 days from my first email the day after the event) Finally I heard from the Director of Operations saying that my contact has been OOO (for 15 days must be nice) and they will Personally look into this for me. I have yet to hear anything back from ANYONE including the Director of Ops. This is very disappointing as I am at +80 days and 4 follow ups from my initial e mail and have yet to have any meaning full follow-up! Again disappointed with day of driver actions causing a half hour delay and missing half of cocktail hour and VERY disappointed with the administration end on their customer service post getting your money. I would NOT suggest using them! Especially if you just need them for a single trip as they are after your money and do not care about quality of service or customer satisfaction.
This company doesn't exist. I tried calling and the number posted does not belong to them. It is not even the right area code. the area code for the above address is 215. This company is a ripoff.
