        When we called Hugh, he came right out to our home. He quickly and professionally told us what our problem was. Like most people we never did the all important yearly cleanups and check ups. He gave us some choices and we decided to go with replacement of our heating and cooling appliance. On the next day he and several of his employees came with our replacement and installed it for us. His prices were reasonable and the quality of his work and timeliness of our install were exceptional. I would recommend Hugh to anyone needing service on their HVAC.

        Purchased a brand new unit from them in 2014 and it has never worked. From day one the unit freezes up and does not cool house. And the ten year warranty is a joke when you call them to fix unit and pay $75 for them to "clean" a brand new unit which obviously is not the issue since the unit continues not working. Dont waste your money on this company.
