Spend lots of money at this store and go to their auctions spent a lot on a wii game lot got home and 4 of the cases were empty. Took receipt in with empty cases and talked to manager Shelly and she said they couldn't do anything about it that they check the games before they put them out. Will not be going to that store for a while now and very disappointed as I am a regular customer.

Glad to see Carlos back. Now the prices will be reasonable and priced to sell. We bought a rocker recliner today, and he and another employee helped load it and tie it down. He's an excellent manager.
My biggest complaint about this store is that the prices are REALLY high in comparison with other thrift shops. $7.99 for rotty-looking backpacks? And they NEVER run specials, which is why I shop at the Salvation Army in Round Rock instead when I'm looking for that hard-to-find item. Every Wednesday their clothing is 1/2 price, and they have DAILY specials on certain color-tagged items. There store is always fully stocked, which should tell you something when you want in the door. They have a lot of stuff because people don't go to a thrift store to pay that much money for used items. I've gone there looking for things but have never bought. RUN SPECIALS and LOWER PRICES, PLEASE.
horrible place to shop, employees are rude, disrespectful, i shop there constantly and i dont think i will shop there any one, i even saw one employee who was smoking a long brown "thing" smelled like drugs in front of the store, it was a short almost bald blonde haired lady, skinny,... seems like they dont even drug test there employees there, even was still in uniform, the air smelled funny had to be marijuanna or something, anyways i wouldnt recommend anyone going to that goodwill, even the mangers were rude
