Ask for Loan and you'll never be disappointed. Everyone has been pretty good here but Lisa gets preoccupied as she has to anwser the phone and translate constantly, however its true they will make you wait after saying can u wait 10 minutes and its like 30 plus more. I've learned to call ahead and ask when should I come in so I don't have to wait for so long!!! Call ahead!!!

I came in for a simple manicure and she said the wait would be 5 minutes i ended up waiting over 40 minutes. They do not care who comes in first they help who ever will be a quick $$ first. Not only did I wait so long the service was subpar. I do not recommend to this place to anyone.

These people so not care who comes in first and will stop in the middle of service to help someone else. They have no concept of time because they already say the wait is going to be 30 minutes although I have waited in-excess of 45 minutes when I was told 30 minutes. I have seen 4 people walk out I'm one visit. Wait at your own risk.
